Just thought of something, What if River Song is a timelord? Because she can speak the language. In The forest of the dead, she carved the timelord (Galafrain) letters into the box to get the doctor.

Good episode, but did the writers realise that they essentially made the Doctor commit genocide on an alien race that had been on the Earth prior to humans and that had never done anything to harm the human race.

Except rob them of free will.

Humanity was just as prosperous as ever. The silences interests helped people. Nobody needs free will, as long as the person controlling them doesn't do anything to harm them.
