Does anyone not hate the Transformers movie

I really loved the first film despite a few problems.

The second film however was the worst piece of shit I had ever seen in a cinema.

The first one was one of those movies where I liked it, until the next week or so. I didn't see the second one.

I didn't mind the first one and I like a lot of Michael Bay's other films, like the Bad Boys ones and Armageddon, and one other I can't think of.

But the second one... Ouch.

Didn't really care for the first one, but I did tolerate the second.

Mostly because I watched it on a bus during a school field trip, so I just read during all the non-robot battles. Even then it was still kind of shit.

The first film was alright. Not great, but alright.

..The second film raped my mind. Just.. raped it. No lube, no gentleness, no nothing. Just.. I want that two hours back, Bay. I WANT IT BACK!

To me the movies are a guilty pleasure. I watch them to see robots clashing. I ignore the rest.

I liked the first, but the second one had alot of flaws.

Reason why I didn't like the movies that much:

Sam Witwicky felt to big a character.

The romance between Sam and whats-her-face, I came for giant robots. Not romance.

Sam's family. More specificaly, his mother. Gawd was she stupid and annoying.

The dogs humping... yeah...


And number 2, felt very boring and slow paced.

Also, the battle between Optimus and The Fallen, was anticlimactic. This is the guy who bossess Megatron around, a powerful evil robot... and Optimus drop kicks his ass faster then most enemies.

i loved the first and thought the second one was alright. megan fox did make it a little hard to sit through them though. worst actress ever.

I don't hate them. I didn't really like them either. But then I never cared for the TV show as a child (I preferred my toys green, reptilian, and trained in Ninjitsu). Given that the franchise has been little more than a merchandising vehicle, I think it strange that people could get so bent out of shape. If it sells toys to kids, that's really all that matters anyhow.

Never seen the second. though the first wsn't near as bad as it's reputation. Mostly eye candy? Hell yeah. Good spectacle though? Hell yeah deuce.
