Does High Definition really work?

I noticed a difference. Try looking at small text on both.

Omfg... Don't even get me started on Dead Rising... In that game, if you're not playing on an HD T.V. you're going to go crazy trying to make out text. It's absolutely bewildering.

I found the difference immediately noticable on the switch, but a lot of games look terribly blurry, stretched and pixelated in HD. GTAIV comes to mind. Most games look a lot better though. It depends on the game.
