You're obviously depressed.
You need to mix things up a bit.
A vacation is a good idea, if you can't afford that take a day off and do the things you most like to do. But even that will just make you feel better right now.
Try to get a healthy perspective on your feelings: did you ever see/read Fight Club. That might help you put it in perspective.
Then you should start studying martial arts. It's like a controlled fight club, if you go to the right school/dojo. Either way, getting your blood pumping, getting the stuffing knocked out of you, and knocking the stuffing out of someone else will not only help you gain perspective but also you body will be active and healthier (even if you're awful) therefore making everything less susceptible to depression.
If none of that works: medication, though I prefer self medication of the ... I don't want to openly encourage anything illegal so visit Amsterdam and figure it out.
Do you drink? If so you may want to lay off the drink for a few days and see how you feel.
