[sub]Trust me Duck gets into his games when he wants to. I've seen LPers who don;t get into it at all and are really boring. Once you see one of those you can see that Duck can get into his. He got into Yakuza, House of the Dead Overkill, and many more. The only ones he doesn't really are the ones that some of the fans pick like the whole Sonic 06 thing.
Cypheron's RE5 just got really too drawn out and boring for me coming from his Banjo Tooie one, which was my first ever LP I watched.
nakateleeli I'll check out but I won't promise much because explaining everything out in the thing can get boring. Especially since I have to learn the Japanese folklore and myths in Japanese class. Worst off I want no explanation of Momotaro since that was an odd one. I want explained to me why in one kids book it describes setting a person carrying a bundle of sticks on fire, building him a boat out of cement and then whacking him with a paddle so he'd die is okay. I kid you not that is a story I had to read.[/sub]

I have seen ones like that and aside from rage spikes, Duck really seems like he doesn't care.
That's why I ignored RE5 for a few weeks at a time allowing bundles to form.
Well he doesn't stop the action to read through it he gives the basic plot of the story or myth. Like the turtle hermit and such. I never knew that until I saw his LP

[sub]Well I can tell he gets into it because I've seen pretty bad LPers before and when you see them and compare it to him you can tell that he gets into them. He at leasts finishes the games too on a pretty constant basis. He really does care it's just that's how he talks and seems to you. How many of his LPs have you seen.
Well still I have to learn it all in Japanese anyway and I don't want to have too again.

I know it was a depressing book. Especially since the person all the bad things happened to was a Raccoon who pummeled a farmers wife wife a hammer earlier in the story. I wish I was joking.[/sub]

For an LPer you need a good voice. Like singing. Ducky just does not have an interesting voice.

[sub]That is not always true. There are many LPers who might not have good voices but can still make excellent LPs. This is one thing I fear of and is why I decided to stop. I can't control my voice and if I do it's not natural. An LPer LPs a game because they want to have fun and want to do it naturally, not having to change things for people so they'd like him more and seeming not natural at all. I mean PoeGamer doesn't have a good voice yet he is revered as a great LPer; Cypheron doesn't have the best voice ever, in fact his mic is crap but he's still good; heck even nintendocaprisun's voice isn't the best and he's revered as the greatest out of all of them. LPs are meant to be fun for the LPer and how they would naturally go through a game, not polish up like they are in Hollywood. Does that make sense?

That makes sense from the LPers perspective but to the viewer they want an interesting, funny person LPing it. I wouldn't say Cyph or NCS have bad voices though.

[sub]No one is perfect and there are very few that are like that. Lancun has a great voice but his LPs get boring. So does Skorch and I haven't watched him in ages. You can't be too picky about these things because no one is the perfect example for that. It mainly comes down to for the viewer that they like the game and can get through it with the LPers help. You said you've watched over 30 of them and if this has been a problem then why do you watch more? Answer me that for you could ave stopped at any time you wanted no?
Hearing their older ones and Cypherons old mic and voice I would say yes. They don't have the best. Neither does Sashasilvermoon and yet she has a huge following too.

Don't I watch ones that I enjoy? Simple as that.I just happen to like alot of LPs. I can and do stop watching LPs that I don't like. And I know not everyone's perfect but that doesn't mean I have to watch all the ones I don't like.
Well I've only watched his Banjo-Tooie and RE5 LPs so I wouldn't know. I've never heard of Sashasilvermoon

[sub]But complaining about that their voice isn't good and that those who don't really have good voices don't really make as good LPs but still watching them can seem very hypocritical. Even though you say his voice stinks you still watch his LPs. I'm not saying you have to watch them all, I'm saying that it seems odd that you criticize him for having not a good voice yet still watch his LPs because they interest you. Plus you'll notice as you go further into Cypheron's Banjo-Tooie and Kazooie ones. Sasha is one of the only ones I know of that does a bunch. She did Oblivion, FF XII, and much others. Plus she's the only girl LPer I've ever actually heard and I've heard a lot of them.

Eh, I'm already in the 100's and haven't noticed anything. The only girl LPers I've are Applecakedame (Rival to Bananapielord) and Chulzy71. Though Presshearttocontinue is a video game themed vlog by a girl that I watch every week for indie game news.
