Now wait, every action and statement made by anyone that has anything to do with the Reapers or has any minor understanding of them has implied or outright stated that the Reapers wipe out all life, not move it to perfection. EVERY character has stated that they intend to wipe out all life. Saren said it, Sovereign said it, Harbinger said it, Vigil said it. Those are just the characters with the first hand knowledge of what's happening.
The Saren-cyborg thing was heavily implied to be the result of Sovereign needing a reliable puppet to carry out his objectives, not that it was trying to elevate him to a higher plane. Saren even stated that the only way organics would survive would be to make themselves useful, and the only reason that the Geth would survive would be because they had made themselves into semi-useful tools.
Taking it further, if the Reapers were intent on perfecting organic life, then why are the Protheans/Collectors the only organic beings you see serving them? They've been running this cycle for millions of years, and in those millions of years they only decided to pick one organic species?
And if the Reapers wished to perfect and elevate the Protheans, why slaughter billions and then leave billions more indoctrinated behind to die?
If this story-line is the true ending (which I highly doubt) then it's a very, very bad attempt by Bioware to create a 'well intentioned' villain out of the Reapers, but that is just a serious failing. There isn't a single action that the Reapers have undertaken that could be considered beneficial. Their greatest examples of interacting with organics are either:
A. Turning them into puppets with cybernetics to kill others.
B. Using mind control to turn them into puppets that kill others.
C. Turning them into zombie/cyborg berserkers who attack and kill others.
D. Liquefying organic beings to create another one of themselves, which they'll probably use to kill organics.
Even the statement of perfection that they want to achieve seems to be the perfection that they are in control of organics in every way and we're merely mindless drones. Removing the one core trait that makes an organic being unique, free thought. Even becoming Borg would be better than becoming indoctrinated, the Borg are a collective of equals, not mindless subjects to a race of superiors.
If Biolware wants to create an either-or binary choice, they they have gone to show that Moral Choice systems in games are the worst thing since...ever. It just boils down to that same choice, rescue the bus-load of nuns and orphans, or rape puppies. It's either insanely good, or insanely evil, no middle ground, no redeeming qualities for the bad decision, it's in the same category as getting your kid to pick what you want them to pick; 'Okay, you can have fried chicken for dinner, or Liver, which one do you want'
But then at the end of the day this is just someone trolling the Mass Effect fans and players, so the point is moot. If it isn't a troll and is real...well then;
