Like others have said, if you really want to be memorable, your avatar will do a lot more for you than your username. Just try to pick something unique. And as for your username, the worse that could be said about it is that it's a little generic. Trust me, there are far worse usernames out there than yours.
For example, my League of Legends username: The name "Jolly Cooperator", and any decent alternate punctuation or spelling, was already taken, so I just went with the name "GrenadeCatfish. It's not generic, but it certainly isn't good
Come to think of it, I doubt I'm very recognizable, considering that I like to change my avatar relatively frequently, and I've already changed my username once.
