Allister had been sitting on the boat for a while when he began to notice faint, Very Faint mutterings of Bloodmagic. Before he had even moved his head slightly to look at his surroundings, his Brain had already formed up a draft for the current situation.
Scenario: Bloodmagi have tracked me down and wish to kill me. Scenario calls for Planner to be sitting upon a relatively armed boat, with several heavily armed allies. Best chance for Bloodmagi would be to use several long distance Area of Effect spells. Inferno and Lightning storm possible, but not quite useful. Ice spell area of effect is likely to be used. Ship stuck. Unable to move. Easy pickings for long ragnge fighters. Ability to nurse Ice around the ship until all passengers dead, 59.133453%. Numbers of Bloodmagi noticeable factor.
Counter: Every non-combat personal and unneeded Ship Personnel sacrificed for anti-magic shield. Shield would allow Ice to be undone with Inferno area of effect spell. Depending on ship, Shield may last for either 30 seconds, or 30 minutes. Size of both Slaves and Ship will affect shield length to at most 10 seconds of Guaranteed Operation. Inferno spell will take roughly 5-15 seconds. Ice melting would take between 10-45 seconds. Focus recommended on Nearby Ice and forward obstructions. Counter Attack will likely require use of Allied Warriors. Useless due to sheer amount of range and unlikeliness of Arrows to hit. Depending on Blood Potency, enemy may or may not be terminated. Guaranteed Bloodmagi Location burned with Long Range Fireball. Highest amount would also entail fellow Magi nearby, and the sacrifice of almost 70% of Ship Crew. Likely Ability with Sacrifice, entire area of roughly half a mile burned in Area of Effect spell. Guaranteed. Scenario complete if Opponents Terminated. If Opponents still process basic body functions, recommended to land near area and sacrifice their Hides to the Dark Gods. If Opponents still have combat Ability, Scenario unable to deal with problem. Next Scenario will need to be called upon.
His brain was already getting the drafts for the Scenario of a Bloodmage onboard when he saw the Archon Magus. She was surrounded by a very faint tinge of purple. The Bloodmagus blinked and experimented with his eyesight. After confirming that she really was bathed in a purple light. He chuckled lightly. Seriously? I mean, SERIOUSLY? Come now, can't you trust on poor little Allister. He only wants a Friend!....Okay that sounded like a Lie even from me. Still, I would do the same thing in her position. I have no intention of Experimenting on your Blood Dammit. All i want to do is twist you with my Words! Is that so hard to understand? Still, it's not all together unexpected for you to be able to enchant weapons. Though I didn't expect you could do so. Good to know. The Scenario for fighting you has been updated.
Allister turned his gaze away from the Archon Magus and was about to begin his own preparations for battle when something happened. He began to realize that his hand was shaking, as well as his heart beating slightly faster. Twitching his head slightly, he sought the cause for a good 5 minutes until the conclusion was inevitable. He almost let loose a Fireball spell from his rage. Goddamn It. I hate this. I HATE this! I HATE THIS! I HATE THIS!!! No matter how HARD I try to let go of every DAMN sign of Physical interference. I STILL Tremble like a nervous little school boy upon meeting his Crush!!? DAMN IT!! His entire body seemed to radiate pure and utter Rage. Still, the Bloodmagus managed to control it before he began to accidentally summon Rage Demons or something. After he managed to calm down his Logical mind began to take over Likelihood of anyone else seeing that? Fairly High. Likelihood of someone noticing the REASON? Less than 10%.....Good.
After he had calmed down, he held his hand onto his staff and began to mutter Bloodmagic Chants under his breath. Not like those pathetic mutterings the Archon Magus seems to be doing. His staff began to glow a crimson red, a black......thing, twisting and turning within the Crystal at the Top. After opening his eyes, he looked at his staff and smiled. His Bloodmagic could now be used at any moment. He spread his consciousness to the Staff a little, using it as his eyes for the time being. The Black Mass opened a crimson eye, twisting and turning to observe It's environment. It was such that, to see it, you must be well versed in the secrets of Blood Magic. It focused on the Archon Magus, and without the Physical Frailties, he could think quite Clearly. His Voice boomed within his own Mind.
I have no Intention of Killing You just yet Archon Magus. But I tell you know, You are a THREAT. A Wild Card if you will. Unless i know EVERYTHING about you, you will remain a threat. You see, there are only 2 ways this can go if we clash. Either you DIE or you Join me.
