"Let me introduce myself Lady"s and Gentleman, my name is Laurence le"Pont. Travelling musicien, adventurer and precurere of fine linnen. I have played for many fine courts and for fair Lady"s." he said with a small grin and a little bow before entering the boot.
"Let me see, a barbarian, a stock up btch and a very lovely lady, but I have feeling I have met here somewhere or some quite like here." Laurence thought.

"Nice to meet you Laurence, couldn't play a song to elevate our spirits could you?"
Sevink started to realise his face put the others off,so he fitted the helmet onto his head,it clanked into place. Two clicks were heard and the helmet was safely attached to his head, shielding his face from sight and his stench from smell.

Damnish slowly stepped on the boat, rocking it from his massive weight and causing small waves beneath him. The stench of blood and booze span all around him, even flies passed out when they flew close to him.

"Now aren't we an 'oh so' colorful bunch?" Damnish hopped on the floor of the boat, nearly tipping it over. "Oh I'm getting ahead of myself, Damnish Thool, they calls me, and as ye can see, I be a Dwarva. Now you be not getting any strange ideas any of ya... Damnish drew his hammer out and slammed the wooden boards on the floot, cracking it. "I will bash yer' face in if any monkeying around is to be had."

Climbing carefully on to the boat, having seen how fragile it was when Damnish had boarded, Ashalle seated herself well away from dwarf, as he smelled as bad as that human, Sevink. She wished she had people from her own clan with her. At least then she would be with people she knew, or at least wanted to know. Not like those here. No, she was quickly discovering she did not like the company of other races. So is joining the Grey Wardens really a good idea? No, she would have to put her dislike of the others aside. She was doing this to protect her people, whatever it took.

Shitfuck. Started already. Okay. *cracks neck* Let's get started.
Allister was silently observing the rest of his fellow "Conscripts". He was still fuming by the Blackmail that forced him into this predicament. He was exploring deeper mysteries of Blood Magic, using Orphans and Beggars no one would care to remember as fuel for his spells and experiments, when these Warriors barged into his home. The Bastards, still he had expecting something like this for a long time and had made precautions. Among them, was a Mage of strange Blood, he seemed.....different but he had not put much thought to it once the warriors fell on him. He was Heavily outnumbered, but he had a large amount of "Resources" for his spells and so the battle was a fierce one. The Balance of the fight finally shifted to the favor of the warriors and the strange mage when the last of his slaves died, and he was forced to rely on his Mana Pool for strength. Then the strange Mage, who had been deflecting his magic, and resisting his Blood Spells for the entire Battle, launched a fireball at him. Weakened as he was, Allister was badly burned as the Spell blew right in front of his face. Allister was expecting a quick death when the Strange Mage who had bested him when he looked up and so him looking at him curiously.... like a man examining spell components. Then he offered him a deal.........

So here he was, forced to fight Abominations he had no wish to fight. To pledge Allegiance to an order he knew nothing about. To fight to the Death for the good of the entire Land. It made him physically sick. But still, he saw the "Grey Warden's" Strength and it was certainly formidable. Allister was willing to bind himself to this new Order, if for no other reason than to gain such power. He had been observing his Companions and saw their.....personalities. Especially the Elf called "Neria". He had to watch her with great caution. She's a Seductress and Manipulator, though the rest can't see it. Well that was fine. He was more than happy to simply observe and wait. But still, he believed that for him to survive, and have an ample amount of Meat shields to protect him from the fighting and to supply him with strength, he had to at least be familiar with them.

Allister looked to Neria and asked her "What of you Magus? How were you "Recruited" into this suicide mission?" He asked as they made their way towards the Boat.

Neria took her seat on the boat, crossed her legs and began to polish her sword, the weapons familiar grip and heft comforted her, amidst all these revolting individuals and talk of horrid beasties.

"What of you Magus? How were you "Recruited" into this suicide mission?"

She looked at the man who had spoken and gazed deeply into his cold eyes, hoping to gauge the mans character, as she had done before-hand with the others.

"I presume my tale would be similar to yours my fellow Magi and of little interest. Tell me though, what magics do you study?"

She could already tell, having spent much time in the presence of Tevinter magisters, she could see the signs of a Bloodmage however subtle or well hidden they were

Allister smiled at Neria. "But you would know that already wouldn't you Arcane Warrior? You are very.....Charismatic. I give you that much at least, so I will.....give you what you ask. As you probably know Tevinter, for your very stance itself betrays your nationality, I am a Bloodmage. I was experimenting on roughly 20 or so Orphans, Slaves, and other people who would not be missed, so as to learn even greater higher of Blood magic. Then the Town Guards barged in, along with a Gray Warden Mage, hoping to save "The Poor Innocent Beggars". Bah. Anyway, they lost their objective, that's for sure." He smiled as he looked at the Full Moon present tonight "They fought well, all things considering, but I had a Large amount of Resources, and they heavily outnumbered me and was commanded by a Mage of Superior Skill. I killed.........Well, I can't quite Recall. All I remember was when the Grey Warden defeated me, he took advantage of me slipping on the bodies of Guards and Slaves alike. He, and know that i think about it he was a Cruel Bastard as well, invoked the Right of Conscription just before the surviving Guards could get to me. I was then thrown in a Convoy, spent several uncomfortable days with a Man whom i was sure was a Half Ogre, and told to accompany these Soldiers, and know i'm here telling my story to you Tevinter."

Allister looked at Neria with an expression equal parts Interest and Boredom. "You yourself Tevinter have, I believe, as much an Interesting past as myself. Though you attempt to get your opponents to hang themselves instead of doing it personally, but I can accept that. Since you, after all, also have a Cold and Cunning side to you. Though the rest of these Simpletons do not realize it, of course, I'm quite happy watching you get ready to slice their throats. I'm just here for The Power and the Show. But what about you Tevinter? I have said MY story of Discovery, Battle, Defeat, Conscription, Travel, Stink and know Storytelling. What about you hmm? I'm sure one as Crafty and Selfish as you would not be in such a Crusade unless, as I have, you've been Conscripted yourself."

Well Crap, My character is Raistlin Majere! I just noticed.

'A clever one'

"If you intend to harass and insult me until you learn my story then I suppose I will have to indulge you" she said as she adorned a hurt expression, as easily as one could put on a much loved coat.

"I was a... Servant to a Tevinter lord, he trained me in the arts of magic and sword brutally over the years. He was a very cruel man and to free his other victims, I slit his throat as he slept"

She paused for a moment and a single tear slid down her cheek before she continued.

"A Warden found me and smuggled me out of the country and I pledged my service to the Wardens thereafter. You see? I may not be the selfish ***** you seem intent to label me as. Are you content now Bloodmage?"

And with that she turned her gaze to the lake before them and went silent. The victim was always an entertaining role, though the tear hadn't been as forced as usual, they were indeed, painful memories.

Checkmate! She isn't lying about voluntarily joining up however, think of her as a sexier Morrigan with different motives... More on that later.

''Arrogant bstrd'' Laurance thought while he listened to the conversation between Allistar en Neria, while he was testing the cords on his guitar. ''So some one who would happily sacrifice everyone and everything to gain power and a very clever woman. They would do great in court's''

Well my friend have you decide on a song yet?

Nice one. Since her story is true and her emotions are valid, Allister will be slightly moved, and will be a little emphatic. That in itself is a victory. At least that's your plan. A very nice one too. Unfortunately, still not checkmate however, I still have other options.

Also, since i now have the opportunity, you're Avatar is.....slightly disturbing. Just Saying.

Allister face twitched, a slight feeling of emotion normally unhindered crept up on Allister unaware, he crushed it to dust before Neria would look back and see her story affect him. "Interesting. Either she's telling the truth, in which case I've misjudged her character, a rarity in itself. or She's Lying, in which case I've underestimated her Acting Skills. Either way, she is a skilled opponent, and one I rather have on my side than not. Either way, She's an Excellent Manipulator. I should keep up my Guard. Allister adopted a smile which seemed apologetic but was actually as empty as the Corpses he has drained over the years of their blood. For a moment, he thanked his own acting skills, bred and trained from the days when he was taught by Mages who couldn't understand the Value of Power, but whom he had to abide with nonetheless. He switched his tone to that of a calm and dignified, yet apologetic Mage who was sorry he hurt her, but was the same voice he used when he deceived the first few Templars who were hunting him to let their guards Down. "I see........If that is truly your story, then i have misjudged you Tevin- I mean, Neria. I have been away from the Circle of Mages for awhile now, I am still bitter towards them for sending the Chantry after me, and I apologize for taking it out on you." The Game's Afoot now. You are a worthy adversary Neria. One in which I should be careful against.

"I can't think of any,no.Never really paid attention to the names of music.Just play whatever you can my dear boy."
Sevink had been irked slightly by Allistar's words,he laughed at Damned, and damn near patted Neria on the back at hers.
[small]"I'm sure eventually we'll get on like family,not a happy family,but family nonetheless"[/small]
They chose it for him in Nuke my Avatars,I do believe.

Ah, I see. I've heard about it but never really tried it. With that kind of Avatar.....yeah, not going to. No offense BigZ
Allister smiled and looked at the Human, named Sevink if he was right, he thought for a moment.

"Perhaps Sevink, that would ceirtainly be an interesting picture wouldn't it? But since we're going to be fighting against Horrible Abominations from before Man, we would Have to be close anyway. I hope we'll live through this then Sevink, eh?"

Allister thought for a while then. Since he's already established himself as a Reaver, then both of them were practically the same, just that he was a warrior and Allister was a Mage and that he still has an Active Conscience.....probably. While he himself Gave up any chance of being with the "Good Team" . He laughed a little at that, "I'm sorry, but doesn't it seem strange to you? Both of us are, to Their standards at least, practically Demons in Human Form. In normal times, They would spare no thought to punishing us. You would be executed, for the Crime of being a Reaver. Even if you did good deeds with your abilities, you would still be cut down without thought by the Templars, because you were Evil or whatever their definition of the word is. I on the other hand.....heh, Death would be a Fortunate Judgement indeed. But now, they turn even to us, who they would normally kill without a second's notice, are being inducted to help THEM. Interesting thought isn't it Reaver? Of course, it could still technically be a Punishment. We have no idea what they will do to us, but I can bet that it won't be pleasant."

"But let's look on the bright side, rather than die,we get to do what we're good at!"
He Leaned forward, grinning under his mask.He was starting to like Allister.
"We get to kill."

Allister smiled at that, the only sincere expression he had done for the entire trip "Oh indeed, There will be blood. Preferably Boiling inside the Bodies of our Enemies." Allister chuckled at that, a Cold Dark Voice that seemed to mock everything Good in the World, mocking Righteousness itself. "Probably operating under the 'The enemy of my Enemy is my Friend' or something. Stupid Idiots...."

Damn watched as his "allies" got acquainted with one another. He felt the sinister voice of and in each everyone of them. Well mostly all of them. His mind drifted as he thought about what would happen with him if he needed to trust his life into one of their hands. Would they cut it open and taint it with their wicked nature, or would they abandon him at the first sight of trouble? Damnish never had such depressing thoughts before, and he wasn't going to start now.

"For the love of the Maker, move this hunk of tree bark before I slam across the lake meself!" He struck the side of the ship with his great, pushing it a inch away from the dock. There be heads a whackin' and ale bottles to be crackin'!"

Neria nodded to the Bloodmage and turned back to face the lake. She listened to the conversation of her 'compatriots' subtly, trying to identify patterns or themes in the way they spoke. So far it was just a bunch of killy, killy, very angry in some cases, alpha-male mumbo jumbo.

'These fools, I bet they would just dive into battle and blindly swing their metal erections about until they hit something. No finesse, no class. The Bloodmage however.... '

She let out a small chuckle and re-sheathed her sword. It was turning out to be a very long trip.

Yeah I got the avatar when the bastards in NMA voted for it. It was either that or 'Dad I am Homosex'. I gotta wear it until sunday :(

"Indeed,my dear boy,now if you'll excuse me for a second."
He got up and walked over to Dahmed,he looked down at him and loomed. He looked as if he were about to punt Dahmed.
"I suggest you stop swinging that giant hammer around friend,or thanks to your heavy armour you'll be sinking to the bottom of the lake when you create a nasty hole, and no one wants that."
Sevink retook his seat, his belly started to growl.
I need to eat someone...

Ashalle sat in the darkness listening to her soon-to-be comrades talk amongst themselves. Sevink seemed to merely a bloodthirsty killer, no more than what she expected from his race. The blood mage, however, was something different. She could hear something in his voice that deeply unnerved her. As if the practicing of his art had twisted him into something inhuman and malicious. She felt sorry for any who crossed him.

Damnish slowly stumbled up from his seat and walked up to Sevink. "Normally I would break your legs for such ill mannered talk, but I haven't eaten a corpse in a long age so my energy has depleted. Yes, I too be a ... what you bald chins call them..ah yes, Reaver."

Just about when Damn was about to turn around and get back to his spot, his jaw started moving once more, this time a threat was sent. "I can smell your hunger, your thirst for blood, but so say I, if you kill any innocent, or pluck a hair from a youngen', you be wishen' I broke ye legs..."
