A friend and I did the saving gnome (or some name like that) achievement on L4D2. We got all the way to the rescue chopper with the gnome, put him on and flew away, then waited for the achievement to pop up. And waited. And waited. And realised it wasn't coming.

I think it was a WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!!!!!!!! instead of a NOOOOOO!!! but it felt bad. Really bad.

Ghost gets killed by Shephard. He was so much like Gaz, I think that's why he's called Ghost, because it's the same voice and many things are similar between them.

Also, yesterday I was trying to get my first nuke on Underpass in MW2, I used Harrier>Choppergunner>Nuke. I had 15-20 seconds left in the Coppergunner and had a 24 kill streak when the host ended the game. I was the most pissed off person in the world for about an hour or so.

When playing through The Force Unleashed after having my force power ineffective against the cyborg troopers and getting pissed off at the level recycling the final straw was the poorly designed mechanics of pulling a Star Destroyer down. All I could do was yell NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! How the hell do you make what could be the most awesome video game moment (ripping a Star Destroyer out of the sky with nothing but the force) and turn it in to concentrated suck?

During a boss battle when after a gruelling battle the boss has the teensiest sliver of health left and my character dies. It happens too often. NOOOOOO!!!

Just today, I was downloading a new mod for Zero Hour. It was about 190 MB, and my internet downloads at 30 KB/s, and I keep getting but off, so it took about three hours before it reached 75%. But just when it was at 98%, internet gets cut off, download fails.

But if you redownload, then doesn't it skip up to where you were at?

To put this in perspective, I loathe Midna. With the fiery passion of a thousand suns, I hate her little lolidemon guts. There are no words to describe this.

Well, about midway through the game, Midna gets jacked up hard, and you get to drag her dying little butt to Hyrule Castle. It sets the scene like there's going to be the dead character you're supposed to feel for and push onward through the plot for...but then, Zelda steps in. Queue heroic sacrifice...the whole dorm heard me as I roared.

"No! No! Don't do it! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

It's a very gratifying thing to shout when things happen beyond your power.

I liked Midna.

She was over 18.... right? Right, guys?

(have played SOOOO many zelda games at least Midna was different from most spiritual companions)

Well several moments in my life caused me to. The time my PS3 Bust and I had to clean its memory, all my games data gone, sure even though I had finished them its sort of Nostalgia for me to keep the data. And then when I was against a very difficult boss who kept whooping ma' ass and then got them down to just a little health and then "WHAM! BAM! Thank you mam!" I was dead. and so many moments I just don't want to think about it
