I had an interesting one recently.
A friend of mine had finally got me to go to church with her (Confirmed atheist). After leaving, we got talking about the whole experience when I suddenly started screaming in pain, dropped to the ground, and sprouted a pair of wings. This caused a huge media storm, somehow, and I wound up in the middle of a bunch a various spotlights.
I eventually just said screw it, kept my promise to the friend to fly her back to Brazil for a visit and we both wound up flying into the clouds. And then I woke up. Any ideas what this means?

I have the same dream once every week or so (can't be sure but it seems fairly frequent.)
Basically, I dream that my teeth are becoming loose, and for some reason I can't stop myself wobbling them until they fall out. I wake up in a panic.
The odd thing is in reality, my teeth are very healthy.
oh i love the tooth one-it really scares the hell outta me when i dream of it-even though it dosnt mean much about teeth :p loose teeth are warning against untrustworthy friends-if they fall out or u spit them out it is a sign of a season of financial reverses-if money was great last season it will be horrible this season so watch ur wallet and what you spend :O

Ah thanks. Yeh it scares the crap outta me when I have it. For some reason seems I'm out of control. Then I wake up and actually check to see if my teeth are still in...hehe.

I had a dream (this one was pretty crazy) about something really weird. Ill try to explain:

I went on a road trip to Las Vegas with a couple of friends. We took my friend's mothers car and just drove there (pretty weird since I live in Finland). There, we ran into another friend of mine. She joined our group.

Then, what happened next is quite unclear to me. I remember going to a casino, some crazy dictator guy taking over and then I remember a gunfight. Then I don't know what happened next, but the next thing I remember was walking in a dessert thinking about a conspiracy, after being abbandonned by my friends. Then I realized something weird and turned back.

I got back to Las Vegas, were my friends were leaving. The girl we met earlier was going to drive. I got in the car, before they could stop me. In there, I revealed that the girl we met was actually an alien. I mean I was really certain and serious of it, not just joking or anything. Then the girl (or alien) turned around and said she was an alien.

Then I woke up. I was. Confused.

a cathedral is a lucky omen if your dream featured the outside of the building-if the interior was involved it signifies some impending troubles but dont get depressed-they will soonturn out to be small blessings in disguise-a dream of a churchyard is a promise of better things to come

Umm..
I don't quite remember when this dream took place, but I remember it pretty well, since it was one of the most horrific dreams I've had in a while.
The dream started with a doctor's appointment that I went to with my mom (she usually goes with me, i'm still a teen, christ.. plus, my dreams always follow reality to some extent; for instance, I act the same way in the dream that I would if it were really happening). The doctor basically told us that I was useless and that he could set up an appointment to put me down with lethal injection in three days. (At the time I had a bad phobia of syringes, but it didn't impact me during the dream). My mom got out her calendar and then made an appointment for three days later to bring me in and get me, well, killed, in the same manner that she would make an appointment for me for a physical or because she thought I had strep.
When we were in the car I told her "mom, I don't want to go get a lethal injection" and she said "sweetie, you have to, the doctor said so."
The next day I went to school and said hi to a group of my friends. As usual, they ignored me. I casually mentioned that I had an appointment to be killed in three days, and one of my closer friends said "that sucks" but they continued to ignore me after that. I walked away and sat under the stairwell to sulk, and pulled out my sketchbook like I always do so I could stare at it and try and think of something to draw or write. A little while later someone throws an object and it almost hits me in the head, but bounces against the wall I'm sitting against. He picks it up and he and his friends make fun of me for being alone. I say I've got three days to live and one of them says "Oh." and they go somewhere else.

Here's a dream I just had;

I'll put spoiler tags up because its kinda long

[spoiler/]I'm traveling with my mom and some people I've never seen before to a place I've never been to before. She won't tell me where we are going. If I say anything, she won't answer. One person in the car specifically stands out because he's the only one who wont shut up. He keeps babbling on about how his unborn daughter is a gift from God. He keeps mentioning more religious crap that I can't interpret through the dream. Then we finally get there and its a strange house that almost looks like a small church (I'm atheist if that helps).

When we get in, we unpack and make ourselves at home as if its a vacation house. I get up to walk around and the next thing I know, for some reason I'm in a movie theater. But not an average one. There's nothing on screen, all the lights are on and there are no chairs, people are just lying down in a stadium like place.

I then ask around of whats going on, but no one will answer and if they do, I just see lips moving but no words are spoken. I get up to go the bathroom and a large inbred looking ************ comes in and starts shouting at me. All I can make out is, "Don't you do that, boy! I won't let you do that!!! I'll gouge your eyes out boy!!!!!"

I then leave and I'm back at the house. Its night and I hear loud footsteps. I look around the corner to see the giant inbred guy staring at me, holding a knife. I try to leave, but there are no more windows in the room. The next thing I remember is standing over the inbred guy's dead bloody body with a knife in my hands and his throat is slit and his eyes have been gouged out.[/spoiler]

Anyone care to interpret that?

I had a dream that my best friend and my ex started making out in front of me.

He had a blue beanie on and she was dressed the way she always was when we used to hang out. They had shown up at my house just to chill. We talked a bit at the front door... then he started kissing her.

She is a lot smaller than him so she was sort of enveloped.

Yeah, explain that mister! :p
blue indicates liberation from worry and help from outside sources...mister :p

school means that your reluctance to break old associations is retarding your progress and it seems like this is too true-u need new friends-everyone in ur circle is fake and cruel-i suggest the artist and musicians -they are very open minded and peaceful :)

I always thought it was weird how something bad in a dream usually means something good in real life.

Oh, and one other detail, the song Paranoid Android by Radiohead was playing when I saw the inbred guy down the hall and kept going until I woke up.

thank you for reading mine ^^
all of my friends who are my own age and go to school with me are extremely distant (my two closest friends are in college, one teaching and the other a sophomore), so I think them ignoring me is pretty alright.
I'm just not a people person, haha.. though the 'reluctance to break old associations' is pretty accurate.
thanks :p

I had a dream where I was at a Cici's Pizza and my best friend was there. I walk up to him and suddenly, I have giant, floating, Rayman-like hand and I squish him. When he gets up, he's a giant purple humanoid blob and I am a gingerbread man. I hop around from table to table as he multiplies himself and starts to chase me. I run home and when I enter, I open the door to the laundry room and instead of anything else that's usually there, there is a giant skull. Then I woke up.

BEAT THAT!

I don't know if they should be. For instance, shouldn't a dream where your father dies be different for someone who loved their father than someone who hated/was beaten by their father?

Hm... before I explain the dream, I should explain an element of it.

I don't have recurring dreams. But sometimes, in my dreams I go to places that I've never, ever seen before, but feel like I have. They're incredibly detailed and if I ever came across it in real life I'd know my way around. One of said places is a neighborhood. A peaceful, suburban place with beautiful, lush trees and simple, yet elegant houses. And it's always sunny, but that's not really important.

... Ok, as I was typing this, I think I just figured the dream out, but I'll explain it first anyways:

I was in that neighborhood with my dad. I don't even understand why, but we were just driving around. Suddenly, there was a bright light, and then unbearable heat. Things started flying past us, and as our car was lifted off the ground, I woke up sweating to death. We were nuked.

... I had just started playing Fallout 3 again before I went to sleep :p
dreaming of a car means absolutly nothing so yes it has to do with gaming before sleep-sorry :(
I figured. Still, what's your take on that recurring neighborhood?

This is my question. The person whose thread this is has mentioned that women symbolise treachery several times but I don't see any reason for that to be true for everybody, especially if they aren't bad in the context of the dream.

Okay, well, I'll put it under a spoiler tag, since it's kinda long. It's a nightmare I had recently.

The first one, I can't remember all the details of. I just recall being held down and getting stabbed in the eyes. And there was a bit with these ghosts.

And then this man. And...I can't quite express the terror I felt when I saw this guy. He was overwhelming and scary in the same way Pyramid Head from Silent Hill is. He was tall and he wore this...gray...well, it was kind of like a robe. Actually, it was very similar to what the KKK wear. Including the pointed mask. And it had these holes cut into it for eyes but the man had no eyes, just black pits. And his robe was stiff and muddy and bloody and dirty. And when he appeared...I never got to actually see him kill someone...but when he appeared...

Like the way it was happening, it was like I was dreaming in my dream and I saw him in a mirror and everything inside of me went cold and I tried to run but when I woke up in the dream, I was in bed with someone else. And I touched that person, saying, "Hey, I had a bad dream" but when I leaned up, the person was dead. It got to the point where, in my dream, I didn't know what was real.

And then that kind of blended into the next dream, where I went to this old old house/hotel. I was on vacation or something but I had come alone. The first night I spent there, I kept seeing the Pointed Man but only out of the corner of my eye. In windows. In mirrors. It was terrifying.

And then I ran into this family. A woman, her husband and her two children. The woman and I started talking for some reason--probably because I was desperate to not be alone--and we wandered away together into a room that had a row of lights along the ceiling. All of a sudden, the lights start turning different colors. The woman flips her shit and starts shrieking, "It's doing it again! Again! Not again!"

And I said, "What? Doing what?!"

And she points at the lights and says, "They're changing colors! Blue and green and red and yellow!"

And I said, "I know--I can see."

And she stops and says, "You see it too?"

I nod. "Have you seen the Pointed Man?"

And all the color drains from her face and she nods. From that point on, we hang out together and I am terrified to be by myself, so I stay with her. But she starts getting strange. Obsessive. She touches my hair and my skin--all the time. When we're together. It gets twisted. I find her children in the attic, all torn to pieces. I find her husband in bed with his eyes gauged out. And I tell her and she just flails her arms and laughs.

And then I realized she's insane. And from the time I met her, I had not seen the Pointed Man, until that moment. As soon as I realized she was crazy, Pointed Man appeared behind her. I started to yell and cry and the lights were dim and full of shadows and I turned to run. I heard the woman screaming.

And then it was like before--i saw him--only his robe was redder now--from the corner of my eye, in passing rooms, in the windows. And then I woke up.

I had this dream a few days ago.

I went to heathrow airport (a large airport in the south of the UK) to look at the planes (i plane watch usually, i <3 Planes) and on the way there i saw a Boeing 707 flying with one wing.

As i got close to the airport gate i saw the plane crash...I just kinda...broke apart when it Crash landed.

There were lots of bodies :(

This is the plane in question http://www.airliners.net/photo/Air-India/Boeing-707-337B/0113826/M/
