I had one once where my old dog (one that had died ten years prior to this) was running around everywhere in ghost form. everwhere she went, clocks stopping, and traffic lights malfunctioned, causing accidents. Finally I managed to track her down and grabbed her, giving her a hug and saying, "you gotta go back where you came from, girl--you're hurting people."
That one made me sad because I really loved that dog and had forgotten how much I missed her.
Another one involved the ghost of a little girl still locked up in the tiny cell-like room she'd starved to death in, asking me to play with her and crying that she missed her mom. It was horrible.
