This is due to my lack of finding an actual thread about drink recipies, so feel free to share ANY of yours, be they classic cocktails, mind-numbing new alcoholic creations , non-alcoholic drinks or just a multi-sensory romp. These can be as madcap and dangerous as you desire.

I'll start this ball rolling with one concucted on a school trip to morrocco (non-alcoholic)it was dubbed rocket fuel:

Take a half box of lucozade powder
Mix it into a half liter of coke
Add any brand of Energy Tablets (preferably a whole pack of crushed up lucozade ones)
shake untill its roughly the consistency of syrup.
For most faithfull results - Leave to heat in a backpack for 4 days in over 60 degree heat then leave it in a stream for 12 hours, then reheat.
For speed - 5 mins on high microwave, cool, then heat again to roughly body temperature.

Should cause you to see the edge of the universe

I assume you will either die, or be bouncing off the walls for about a week. I'm tempted to try it either when I go on tour with my university team or when I have deadlines, but i'm sure I'll regret it.

I usually just prefer brandy and coke, or jager and coke, but if you need a recipe for buckets (a drinking game very useful for parties) I can get it for you, but it will have to be tomorrow, it's too late now and my housemate is probably sleeping.

Oh! I just remembered one:

Mexican Madras -

3.oz Cranberry Juice
0.5 oz. orange juice
1. oz. Gold Tequila
1 dash lime juice

There's nothing I hate more than casual drinking, but if there's a decent party going on, then i'm always down.

Jamaiican Crab:

1 part light rum--try lime Captain's; it's great!
1 1/2 parts Midori
3 parts pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine

Pour the first three ingrediants in a glass--it will turn apple-green if you've done it right. Splash grenadine in the glass. Enjoy.


Chocolate cake shots:

Equal parts Frangelico and vanilla vodka--any brand.
Wedges of lime (lemon works too, but for some reason thechocolately flavor seems more intense when you use limes)dredged in sugar.

Pour the liquer into shotglasses, first one then the other. Do the shot then quickly suck the sugary lime. Marvel at the fact that it tastes like chocolate frosting on your tongue.

Fuzzy navel--equal parts orange juice and peach Schnapps. Pour over ice. Yum.

Cherry Bombs:

1 quart Smirnoff Black Cherry vodka
2 litres Coke

Mix in whatever nearby beverage holder is available. Consume until hammered.

One that sounds awful on paper but is very good is Texas Tea--it's half beer, half lemonade, and about 1/3 part vodka.

Other than that open beer, put skittles in beer, enjoy forever.

EDIT: Also my favorite mixed drink that isn't on too many people's radars is an ice cold scotch and ginger ale. Yum.
