If you haven't heard already there is a new reiteration of the DS on it's way called the DSi that will arrive next year.
The DSi's features include:
bigger screens, music playback, SD slot (no GBA slot), 0.3 megapixel camera, downloadable content, thinner shape, built in internet browser.
While I like everyone else was clamouring for a multimedia DS in it's next re-design, I can't help feeling a bit like Switch: Not like this!
I feel this isn't a step to enhance gaming experience but more of an appeal to non-gamers to buy the DS because it's also a Camera/Music Player/Coffee-maker.
If they really needed tips on implimenting decent features they need look no further than the homebrew community who are still doing it a lot better than the professionals.
I'm pretty disappointed and underwhelmed, the only reason I would abandon my perfectly fine DS Lite is for the music player but that's it.
What's everyone elses view on this?
