So..the unthinkable has happened. Duke Nukem Forever has now been given a release date.
Apparently, Duke Nukem Forever has been dated and it'll be hitting stores after 13 arduous years on May 3 in the US before going global on May 6.

Any thoughts on this?

Having not played its ancient ancestors I have no expectations good or ill of DNF. But, based on its storied and chequered past, I may have to give it a look.

A little condescending there, huh? I've been playing games since the SNES; maybe I'm not old enough to have played NES/Atari/whatever, but I didn't just jump in around the PS2 era, you know. I just wasn't old enough to be allowed to play Duke Nukem games when they were out.
