I was going up to the bow of my boat, and somehow I ended up hanging by the back of my knee on the lower railing, with my head hitting the side of the boat.
Also, in Egypt, I was lying down on a skateboard when I was about 7 or 8. I hit a pothole, and faceplanted into solid concrete. Lost two and a half teeth in the process.

I was with my dad's friend fishing for crabs. The traps we dropped in the water had to be picked up with a long metal hook. The friend dropped the pole and the 2-inch hook went into his head and lodged itself sideways in his skull. He nearly died. Nowadays, we laugh at him for being clumsy.
Mine just rebelled, and I retaliated by having it removed. I was supposed to be in intense pain, but I wasn't, and so they set my surgery aside for a motorcycle wreck, but I was so hopped up on morphine by then I didn't care what they did.Daystar Clarion said:

I have hurt myself in a huge number of ways, and while I have not been the one to actually damage myself I have been at fault for worse things.
Worse would be like how I fractured three ribs and my jaw. I may not have actually broken those bones myself, but it was my fault.
Worst thing I can think of now that I actually did to myself would be breaking four bones in my hand. You should be able to guess quite easily what I did.
Cracked the back of my head open...On a toilet bowl.The floor was wet and i slipped.Wiated in A&E for 20 mins before a blood vessal broke and i was bleeding everywhere.I got a docter that instant.It had a few stitches in it.Awesome,no?

A long time ago I had never stepped on a nail...I woundered what it was like...though worse was when I was playing with a hatchet and chopping dead trees when I hit a weak part and hit my foot...ouch
But a few summers ago I was riding my bike and going fast, looked down for 2 secs while in a parking lot and when I looked up there was a parked truck coming right at me, I tried to break and turn but it was too late, smacked the very edge of the truck and flew off the bike (which was my friends and broke) and I slid on the cement...on my face...that hurt ^^;;;;

I decided to surf on the back of a buddy's pickup truck while really drunk. I fell asleep standing up when he took a turn at 50 mph. I woke up in time to see the curb right before my face hit it. I got up under my own power, though, because the drunken assholes realized I flew out and were about to back over me. Not wanting to pay the hospitable bill, I delayed going until I was bleeding from the ear. I looked like Two-Face for a long time. Still have a quarter-sized scar on my cheek with a piece of gravel in the center.

Oh man, I've had so many stupid things, though most were accidental.
1) Thinking that that gap between a building and a lightpole was big enough for me to cycle through. It wasn't. Hit the pavement head first, teeth went trough lip and a corner chipped off, whole forehead bloody mess.
2) While leaning forward, knocking my head against a lock of an open cabinetdoor. Wound was pretty deep and as I was pretty young, seeing that much blood coming out of my head = panic. Still got a scar.
3) This one was just really stupid: At work, Imagine a metal box, but open only from the topside and the front side. It was stuck in larget metal box with the same design, and I needed the smaller one to go down (it was stuck a little above the bottom of the larger one). So I slammed the bottom hard so that the force would make it slip down. Unfortunatly I just put my other hand under the small metal box. Goddamned that hurt.
4) Dropping a heavy bag on a chair. Slam was so hard that somehow the chair bounced up, landing on my little toe.
Out of all, I would say nr 3 is the dumbest. The other 2 were just stupid accidents.

I picked up the wrong end of a soldering iron.
Also when i was about 10 me and some friends were playing rugby on concrete(i still have no idea why)we werent allowed to tackle, so when i get the ball my own teammate decides to jump on my back causing me to smash my face into the ground.
And there was another time when i was playing tag with my friends at school. i was running and i ran into a person, this caused me to bounce off of the person and i ended up riding along the gravel for a metre on my nose.

shooting a tree in half with a shotgun. didn't get hit by ricochet but i as on the heavier side of the tree so when it fell it fell on me and my buddies. broke my leg, but two months later i was back to my old ways.
i did a handstand before class and flipped onto a desk.
My class was going to play at a music festival at the mall.
Bad time to get a mini concussion.
Still played decent though.
Soon the the school year will finish and i will be done Gr. 8 haha more stupidness to come!
