No they are taunting a family traumatized by the death of one loved on and the impending death of another. Even then they spent the entire time talking to the head-shaking *****, rather then talking with the father. I have no idea how bad the harassment even is. The reporting on this was sub par in every way, and the attached article didn't help.
It sounds more like a feud, and I while I don't doubt from attitude put forth by the women that she is mostly to blame for the entire thing, I don't believe for a second the the rest of the neighborhood is innocent of retaliation in every way, that is how those feuds escalate from simple ill feelings and mild verbal harassment to the shit you see there.

Oh, but it's ok everyone, they apologized after the internet came crashing down on them, so they must truly be sorry. Plus, it was ok in the first place because it was an act of retaliation against her parents for comments made about the guy's wife. That totally justifies taunting a dying seven year old with reminders of her imminent death.

Huh, there are really still people like that. I'm pretty sure I grew out of picking on people in year 5. Fucking pathetic.
That's awful. I don't understand people who believe that king of behaviour is okay. Do they simply not understand how it can hurt people? Or do they know very well, and just don't care?
