Okay first two games, good start to the conference. I love me some Kirby.

Okay, so Mario Odyssey is looking pretty good. That possession mechanic looks really cool.

And a new proper Kirby game?

Who knows, I might actually pick up a Switch eventually.

Well they hit it out of the park, I mean it was the shortest but it was probably the most jampacked of all the conferences. I also loved unlike another company cough(Bethesda)cough They didn't waste as much time on stuff we already knew about. Things like arms, The Pokemon fighting game and splatoon were only briefly mentioned and they showed a fun mechanic for Mario Odyssey. The only problem is we didn't see any gameplay For Metroid prime 4 or the new Pokemon switch game but besides that that was a really good conference.

Ok, similar. Those deflects remind me a lot of Other M's counter-attacks

well yeah, the finishers in Other M were cool. pointless, but cool.

it's classic 2D gameplay in 3D graphics though.

All i know is we're getting an official Metroid II remake and Xenoblade 2 this year though, with a Metroid Prime 4 in development coming soon after.

I don't like any of her designs.

I never even finished Metroid Prime, despite two or three attempts. I always get bored. Metroid should be in third person.

You got your wish with the 3DS remake. And I like first person.

Metroid Prime is being made by a new team, not Retro Studio.
