Interesting that most, if not all, of what you said were all mentioned in TotalBiscuit's mailbox.
But you are right, I am definately not a big fan of any of that stuff but unfortunately this has been the case anyways. Companies keep finding ways to nickel and dime their consumers, and people are ok with it so it becomes the norm, which really sucks.
And games not being localised is also really silly as well. I'm pretty sure that those games get much more sales in the US (and sometimes europe) than japan anyways. It's a great way of showing good will to your consumers. Why games don't get localised when requested by a large public is beyond me.
They are nickel and diming us but lets be honest, we as a group have shown little hesitance to outright steal from them. Hell we supported an industry built around robbing them. The used game market, especially when said same market encourages us to play the games as quickly as possible because their trade in value plumets (not that they give us much in the way of money to begin with. We know the PC had everybody copying games and handing them out to their friends or loading them onto as all of our friends PC's etc etc. Beside the majority of the DLM is optional, it's not like they leave out the necessary bits. You can make an argument that perhaps with Street Fighter and MvC that they could have waited a year for each game and released a "completed" version. I bet you that if Capcom told people that if they paid 60 dollars they could get the a game that's 85% complete a year early that they'd do okay.
Localization is a lot more than just translating from Japanesse into English, it's also changing all the cultural references, it often means adjusting for cultural differences. The rules about nudity and drinking. The middle finger in Japan is rude but it's not the curse word to end them all which is why if you watch anime you can find a lot stuff with middle fingers thrown around, a good amount of nudity, lots of drinking all that has to go. Even localization between US and the UK has to check for slang since there are plenty of terms that mean different things between the two. It takes time and money so it makes perfect sense that they don't localize stuff they don't think will sell.

Yes but EA is turning into a money grubing company wile capcom is goign retarted and blameing fans for there own mistakes
EA being a money grubbing company is also the reason they get to put out stuff like the Sims and Spore. They worst case scenario for them pumping millions into a game that flops is they slap a metal box on next years Madden and ask all the fans to pitch in an extra ten bucks into the coffers. There is a reason why we get sequels and sequels and sequels. It's because it's safe. Which while I'm on the subject is why if you liked or think you might like games like LA Noire go buy it, and buy it new. Send the message to Rockstar that yes we do want this because if you don't they won't give us a sequel. They'll just give us GTA5.
As for Capcom they not blaming us for their mistakes. Their punishing us for ours. There are five games in the Ace Attorney series out. None of them have sold particularly well. That's why they aren'g going to bother giving us the 6th one because it won't sell well and since it has little replay value a lot of its "sales" we actually be as used games lowering it again. We can't keep asking them to work for free, they simply won't do it.
