Hey, if you don't like their business practices, stop buying their games.

Seriously. It's not that hard. Hey, Mass Effect 3 is coming out soon, it'd sure send one hell of a message if we all didn't buy that game because of EA's terms of service and EULA, showing all that we won't put up with this shit anymore and possibly changing things for the better.

But that won't happen, because I'm willing to be damn near every person who's complaining about this will be buying ME3 on launch day. Re-enforcing EA's decisions. It won't fucking matter if it's the last game of theirs you buy. They won't give a shit if you don't buy some other game, but not buying one of their biggest products and causing it to tank? That'd send a message.

But again, that won't happen, because these are gamers we're talking about here. They don't give a damn if they get screwed, so long as they get their video games.
Nah, They do give a damn, Instead of not buying the products, they will just go on forums and ***** about how X Company sucks so much and how X game will be the last they will buy from them.

Part of the reason I made a poll in the first place so that when the eventual flood of OMG MASS EFFECT 3 SUCKS threads happen, ill be able to happily point to the poll and said, well you said you dont buy games from companies you hate dude, what happened?

This is why piracy is not theft. Most people agree that its OK to download games that you cant buy anymore, like old NES games. But, since all the game companies are pulling this sh*t where they say "You down own our game, you just buy access." I guess that means all games fall under the umbrella of "games you cant buy."

I have been buying games since I was 5 years old, if companies continued selling games I would continue buying them, but if they aren't selling, I aint paying.

Not me. I won't even buy Amalur on steam simply because EA MIGHT get some of that money.
