i'm kinda-sorta happy-ish about this. I hate EA as much as the next guy, but they put out some pretty solid games (and some pretty shite ones too, of course). It's their business practices that I take issue with.
Who knows, something good may come from this...

Yeah, I remembered C&C afterward, and of course there is Sim City. But AFAIK they've gone downhill as well, and C&C and Sim City have a larger audience than X-Wing.
