EA or Activision? Pick your Brand War allegiance!

I am going to have to say Activision. for a couple reasons one it falls with Blizzard and I love blizzard games. Two I actually like CoD I think its fun. While yes Booby is pretty annoying there are things with EA I just hate so much more

This might get me a bit of hate but I got to say this I HATE BIOWARE they made two good games Jade Empire and Star Wars Knight of the old Republic all of there other games have been mediocre at best and really boring in my opinion. Also they lose points for BFBC2 now while I did enjoy the single player I feel the MP is slow and off somehow really odd to explane.

Though I will give EA points for Double Fine and they made Psychonauts and I thought that game was amazing.

EA generally they have more games I like than the actual company, Viseral Games, Criterion, DICE have made some of my favourite games of all time BF2, Dead Space, Burnout Paradise.

Activision simply because they have more games that I like. However, since you have named these two because they are seen as the "worst" of the companies out there, I'd like to say I'd choose either one and ever company ever to release a game over Valve (I have never liked a single game by Valve. Whoops, here comes my ban.)

They have Dead Space, Battle Field, and Medal of Honor ( Hopefully the games get better new one was meh, but theres potential). Plus the new fight night.

And now they have the partner ship program going on which is great, since they published Bioware , and Valve,a nd hopefully they do well wish Insomniac.

Bit of a difficult choice for me really. On the one hand, EA has things like Dead Space and Mirror's Edge, whilst Activision has Modern Warfare 2 and the hilarity that ensues when playing like a dick online. In the end, though, I had to go with Activision for this reason:

I guess EA, because they suck less and I can't think of a single Activision franchise that I like or am excited about.

But I do kind of hate their "you must have an EA account that you log in to just to download DLC," nonsense that they've been pulling for the past couple years. Pretty much every other company in the world just lets me pay for DLC and download the file. Why do I have to go through an additional layer of log-in now?

I tried to sign in with my copy of Dead Space 2, and had forgotten my pass word. I had to go online, have them send me an email so I could change it, wait for the email to arrive so that I could go to cha... Damn it! If I wanted to deal with all this crap, I'd play my games on PC!

I think EA has more than made up for their past sins of releasing game after game after game of Maddens and other shit games (though they still do that, it's overshadowed by the other games they push out now). It started with Mirror's Edge and Dead Space (which was the bloodiest thing EA published at the time), and just went on from there.

Activision has now become the old EA, spamming Guitar Heroes every friggin' year, suing everyone left and right, and eating my cat.

So, yeah, I'm going with EA here.

Activision are affiliated with blizzard which are great

EA are affiliated with dice//bioware//visceral which are also great

But activision and EA themselves are evil incarnate for pc gamers.

I love most of their business practices, and all of the studios they own, too.

The only thing I dislike is them shuttering Pandemic.
