Bioshock the Fountain fight. Don't get me wrong it wasn't a walk in a park it was just easy campared to the rest of the game. I have played it through 5 times (once on easy, twice on medium and twice on hard) and never once died during the end fight.
You mean Fontaine.

this is going to date me considerably, but the easiest game boss fight ever, for me: has to be the final boss in Zillion (sega mastersystem) 3 seconds of autofire, and run out of the base (yay) no other game i have ever played has ever had a boss that was that easy. There are very few boss fights in most games noteworthy enough to even mention: almost as interesting as playing civilization: as soon as u can make nukes: u no longer care.

first boss of ocarina of time is massively built up encounter (big spider thing) you basically just press like 3 buttons and its dead.

This boss was easy more out of accident than anything else:

So, there was I, playing Super Paper Mario and it's time to go and crush one of the last bosses, Bonechill. So, I grab Luigi and I'm off to deafeat him. When he lowers his head for the first time, I jump on it.

The boss immediatly raises his head and, for some reason, he takes Luigi with him. Luigi gets stuck between two ice shards on the ceiling and starts boucing non-stop on the head of Bonechill, who gets killed after two seconds or so.

I still have no idea what happened, really. It was way too fast.

Fable 2 Lucien/Gears 2 Brumark, if they even count as a boss fights.

Borderlands, final boss, i don't think it even had a chance to attack me.

I got really stuck on the Joker boss, for some reason tapping the spacebar to drag him down didn't work. Eventually found that I was apparently tapping too fast, it only worked if I did it quite slowly.

The Monitor in Halo 3. Easiest boss battle I've ever had. Even on Legendary (which, up to that point took dozens of tries just on that level) it was easy. Stand still out of range and casually sidestep the beam once in a while, retrieve Spartan laser, shoot it four times. Easy. As. Hell.

Any "Legend of Zelda" game has pretty easy bosses, especially "Twilight Princess". I remember one of the later bosses was a giant spider, and there were 4 big hammers in the room you could control. I was like; "Are you kidding me? The seriously thought anybody would have trouble figuring this out?"
Personally, I found Fyrus to be the easiest boss in that game. Aiming the bow wasn't difficult thanks to the Wii controls, and he didn't move particularly fast. (I haven't played it on the 'Cube yet, so I don't know what it's like on there. Not much different, I should assume)

Castlevania 2 Dracula. Lamest bossfight ever. And just about tied is the fight with dracula at the end of castlevania 64.

Lichthammer in Jericho.

You throw down a blood ward and she'll walk in to it, with some luck this happens a second after the fight starts.(takes a second for the ward to appear)

Charles in Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode Two, as soon as you hit him the game says in big bold letters "Sissy Boss Fight"

SA2B's final boss. The prototype of Shadow or whatever. The first day I beat him I went back and beat him 20 or 30 more times in a row... mostly to hear the soundtrack.
