Any undead boss in a Final Fantasy game, like others have said. There's usually one in each game

That's what I mean, though. You're not meant to lose so I don't count it as the last boss fight of that game.

You did, however, remind me of FFVI's Phantom Train that can be killed by a single phoenix down. I know that's common in the Final Fantasy series, but still, that's pretty darn easy.
Sorry, didn't make it clear that I was re-affirming what you had said. Common as it is, they're starting to grasp the concept that it's gotta be a little more challenging than that. Contrast Gi Nattack and the Phantom Train to Evrae Altana (of FFX). He's pretty tough, but he's a zombie, so basically the same stuff applies. The difference? Anything that would OHKO him (due to zombie status) has only a 6.25% chance to hit. Elixers are still the easy way out, but they make you burn two on him by having them do 9999. At least they're learning.

My buddy finished off the final boss in Assasin's Creed with one move. All that buildup and he killed the guy with the jump-stab thingie in less than a second. (Well, less than a second after the really long, unskippable speech)

Lucien from Fable 2 was an easy "boss fight".

If you could call it a boss fight...

Its been said before, but without a doubt Lucien from Fable 2. I mean IS there any easier boss fight that is easier than doing nothing?

too long to read the whole thread, but did anybody mention Decoy Octopus from Metal Gear Solid? You kill him involuntarily, in a cutscene and you DON'T EVEN KNOW HE'S A BOSS UNTIL SIX HOURS AFTER HE'S DEAD. So yeah I think that wins the thread seeing as there isn't really any criteria here to define 'boss fight'

I can't remember the name but in one of the X-men Legends games there was a hilarious boss fight where you had to step on four podiums (any order and not in any time limit). After that happened the four sunbeams hitting the boss would stop and he'd grow your size to which he'd say "Oh no I am vulnerable." (Literally) after a small amount of time he'd go back to being invincible and say "Yes, much better I am invulnerable again."

Also Mysterio in Spiderman 2.

The El Gigante from RE5 that you have to fight from the truck I thought went down a bit too easily even after upping the difficulty from "normal".
