Your logic is extremely flawed. Just because we're "biologically able to digest meat", that's an "extremely valid" reason to eat it? Your body can digest a shitload of things, but that doesn't necessarily mean you should eat them. I can digest dog food, but I'm not going to start eating it...ArcWinter said:1. There needs to be an extremely valid reason to actually stop eatinq meat.
2. Body needs nutrients contained naturally only in meat
3. It tastes qood
4. Less valid reason, but most cultures widely eat meat
so unless you were born not eatinq meat there needs to be a valid loqical reason to deprive the body of necessary nutrients usinq a method that has worked for tens of thousands of years
Dude, prior to being a vegetarian, I had some chocolate bacon. It was awesome.TheRightToArmBears said:One word: Bacon.
Alternatively, the number one argument is:
It's fucking delicious.
I'm trying to get people to understand how good a chocolate bar with steak in it would be. So far, no one else agrees.
I challenge to make a better rack of ribs than my dad!Stalk3rchief said:Because there's no reason not to eat meat?
Vegetarians aren't crippling the industry at all, I promise you. The cows and other animals will still die and get butchered, why let the meat go to waste and rot? Eat it, it's what nature intended of us.
Plus, when cooked properly it tastes amazing.
If you don't believe me, stop by Miami and I will grill you the single best rack of ribs you'll ever have.
I've never eaten meat and i'm healthier then most people. I suspect it might not be as vital as you think.ArcWinter said:1. Bioloqically able to diqest meatAmpersand said:Nah there really doesn't.ArcWinter said:Why not?

So you have something that contains both Omega-3 acids and proteins, which our bodies are designed to eat, but you shun it because you can obtain those things through a significantly less straightforward alternate route?stormtrooper9091 said:not 100% on it, but the only reason to eat meat is because of Omega-3 acids. Anything protein and/or flavour related can be found in other substances. Yeah, I don't eat meat as well
