Anyway, about mozzarella, that I didn't know... though I'll be lucky to find any of it over here (philistines as most Brits tend to be, food-wise...).
Your realise every major supermarket in the UK (Tesco, Asda, Sainburys, Morrisons, Waitrose etc) sells buffalo mozzarella as well as the cows milk kind...

... do they? My local Sainsbury's doesn't seem to. Will seek out a Waitrose, then, and in fairness, they probably/definitely do, considering what they generally sell.

... If you were British, I'd make a joke about how European and terribly middle-class you are...

BTW what's the appeal of goat's cheese (never had it, though it's been recommended to me)?

OT: Aside from timing, not really. Though being on a tight budget means that I've only eaten a small variety of vegetables. Lunch, however, is almost invariably egg-fried rice with some form of meat and mixed vegetables (of the packaged frozen sort...) when I'm at uni. Breakfast will typically consist of cereal, fruit and a cup of strong coffee.
Goat cheese is amazing. It's a little more tart flavored and a lot more creamier. It has a very rich flavor and goes very well in pasta dishes. It will thicken a sauce up a little, letting the sauce stick to the noodles well and still has enough flavor to complement.

It's summer, so my eating routine is shit. Like, for the past week, I've been eating cereal, Kraft Dinner and leftovers. If I'm feeling creative, I'll make pancakes. Because fuck health.

I always have porridge in the morning with a banana and often some honey. Before that, I tend to drink either milk or tea.

Apart from that...I just eat healthily. I don't enjoy a lot of bad food (crisps, fast food, cheese, sweets, low quality chocolate) so it's very easy for me to avoid it.

I tend to graze on cereal and fruit, and always have 3 meals a day: when I wake up, between 12 and 1, then between 6 and 7. I cannot live on less!

You're one hell of a cook. Can't wait to move out so I can stop subsisting on the processed crap my family insists on eating. Cooking is fun.

I don't even know what I eat any more. Always get my five a day,but the rest is a haze. Cottage cheese and insane chilli sauces feature heavily, anyway.

To be fair it's usually only the larger ones. the small sainsbury's here doesn't. but i have been to larger ones further afield that did.
