Do we count Dante and Virgil from Devil May Cry? I know they were brothers, not twins, but I believe Virgil was doing something evil while Dante was busy trying to save the world.
(I only played the first game and part of the fourth and barely remember the plots to either).

They are twins and I think it counts, and there's also doppleganger. (It's not exactly a twin but close enough...)
