Urgal walked as nonchalantly as an orc can... which isnt very nonchalantly at all as it happens. The regular bosmer gave him a stern look but the one that Enthir had said was a double agent said some words to him which seemed to ease him up a bit.

Valenwood. Not the province I would have chosen for an outing. Thick trees on either side of the path blocked his view of the horizon, and even though they had only walked a few hundred yards into the province, a distinct change was apparent from the area surrounding Skingrad was noted.

Urgal was expecting trouble from somewhere. He knew he had overreacted at the bridge at the first sign of the guards, though he didn't know that the blades agent would be there to let them pass.

"I hear you gave that Altmer what he had coming to him yesterday." Urgal said, matching the Khajiit, dark elves, and imperials pace.

"One must give them their due for perseverance." Lloden laughed. "I don't think Hircine would even allow the tooth to fall to one who obtained it through trickery. These followers must be rather dim. Or perhaps you're too slippery to ever catch, eh?"
"I don't think Hircine minds using bait or traps to hunt, part of the chase is drawing out the prey I guess, all I was ever told was that it could only be claimed if someone hunted and killed me."
"I think I am seeing the rules of the game. I suspect you are a very dangerous quarry to pursue." With that, Lloden strode off ahead of the group. "I'm going to scout about a little, see about bagging some game."

The group followed the path south, it twisted and turned seemingly for no good reason at times until out of no where the town of Arenthia came into full view, There was a gate by the roadside but that was it. There were shops and houses built from wood imported from Skyrim and Morrowind. The richer residents lived in mansions carved out of the monumental trees in the general area, and in the centre was the king's settlement, which was basically several large trees having a building resting on top of their thick branches(each bosmer region has a king-- basically a wood elf jarl).

''This is amazing..'' Joncis said, stunned as the group enters the city.

"Eh, the nord Vargmir did most of the work," he shrugged.

The group checked into the nearest inn, it was ground level, and had mainly Altmer and Bosmer in it, but something was off about the inn. ''Enthir, why does this place look like it was lifted out of Skyim?'' Joncis asked, ''Well Bosmer import all of their wood, so most of the time they would hire Nords or Dunmer for construction, since they make most of their homes inside of a tree.'' Joncis approached the manager, ''1 room '' as he handed over the gold Joncis made his way down the narrow hallway to the 2 bed room and made himself comfortable.

"If you don't mind, I kind of want to check up on some people that live here. I'll be gone for about an hour, here's some spare gold to get some rooms at the inn."

"Dro'Araaj appreciates the offer, but he has no desire to settle down, besides your group seems to cause more harm than good and this one doubts his presence would change that," he turned and wandered off into the city.

"Hmm, he's one to watch. wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that he was raised by wolves. Talking of the others, it now seems unwise of us to have split like this given how little trouble we were given at the border. Half of our might is still in Skingrad. I suppose Enthir told the guy at the border who to let through, so they'll trickle through into town little by little."

Urgal turned around and realised that it was just him left in the inn, as others went their separate ways. He crouched down on a low stool, uncomfortable sitting like this in full battle gear. how can the bosmer stand this he thought as he opted for standing instead only to clunk his head on an especially low hanging beam. maybe the tree houses that bosmer are so famous for are a better fit, and places like this are just for the tourists.

He stepped outside.

Belkin decided to rent a room as well, using some of the gold he got from his last job. It was a small room with two beds inside. He placed his bag on one of the beds, before exiting his room and locking up.

'If anyone needs a spare room, they should just look for me in the town' he thought to himself, before heading out into the town to try and find a local blacksmith to work from.

Lloden followed a side road, skirting Arenthia. He headed to a skooma den he knew of some ways from the town, and grilled the dealer there for information on the town guards.
"I will ask you one more time before I start to break things. Are. The. Guards. Searching. For. Lloden. Vedas."
"N-no, m'lord. That little blighter ran away from here forever ago. No one remember that crazy bastard."
Lloden released the dealer, then turned and strode out.
We had to come here? Here, of all places? He sighed, and slipped into the town using a smuggler's run that connected to the inn's basement. I gave up that sort of thing so many years ago, but I still have to be careful. I was such a stupid child. he mentally berated himself.
He strolled up the stairs to the common room, and gave a familiar wave to the innkeep, who turned several shades whiter at the sight of him. Lloden sighed again, and glanced at his companions doing their respective things. He plopped down on a bench and called for a mug of rotmeth.

Enthir marched towards one of the Bosmer residents and asked ''Excuse me miss? Would you know where the military barracks are?'', the young woman put her groceries down and points up towards a large tree, on the upper branches was what resembles a fort ''Oh, well how would a non-bosmer such as myself scale such a thing?'' the woman shrugged and went on with her shopping.
Enthir decided that the best way would be to try and climb, he gripped his two hands on one of the vines and out of no where they shot upwards and carried him to the top, somehow, he was at the military barracks, you could see all of Arenthia from the view, and the surrounding areas that weren't covered in dense plantlife(which was most things bar the road).
''Imperials, and Humans in general for that matter are not permitted inside an Aldmeri Dominion barracks'' a tall snow-furred Khajiit shouted over. ''I'll handle this'' A bosmer told the guard.
As he 'Escorted' Enthir to the bottom they talked. The guard started, ''Is everyone over yet?'' Enthir replied''Not everyone, but we'll move as soon as we can, any word from Endya?'' ''No, Her Imga servant was meant to get here 4 days ago to get new imformation about the state of the army but he hasn't arrived'' as they reach the bottom, the two part ways, with the guard scaling the tree with a vine clenched in his fist and Enthir returning to the inn.

NOTE: for future reference, even though we are in Valenwood, the inn would be almost a replica of Delphine's in Riverwood and wood shops would be similar to how the stalls are in Whiterun because of imports, aside from that, BIG TREES and stangely Nordic and Redguard-ish ground-level buildings.

Belkin walked through the town, not wearing his helmet but still wearing the rest of his armor. He wasn't afraid of showing himself in a somewhat hostile place, his fighting style did involve getting up close for combat after all...not that he wanted to get in a fight around here. He was curious as what would be around the Blacksmith, given the nature of the Green Pact.

He had read up about it a few years back. Put simply: No Wood whatsoever, everything had to made of outsourced metals or Organic materials themselves. He was curious to seeing something being crafted through the Green pact itself, and possibly pick up a few tips on how how to use materials used from animals. ONLY animals though, he wasn't about t kill a man just to use his leg bone as a sword!

After about 15 minutes walking, he eventually found the place, looking like one of the houses from Skyrim, a Forge and Tanning Rack clearly visible from the front. He saw no-one out front, so walked up to the front door and knocked.

Enthir joined Belkin by the forge. ''Ah, there you are, where is everyone? Big city and everything.'' an Orc was hanging around the forge, poking at the fires ''What?'' he grunted ''We were just wondering where you get all this wood from?'' The Orc continued to hammer at an iron dagger ''Well the wood in the forge is from Pellitine, in Elsweyr, but most of the houses here that aren't in the trees are Nordic, now are you going to buy something?'' Enthir pulled out a bit of gold ''Does that cover 3 kilos iron ingots?'' Enthir turns and whispers into Belkin's ear ''I know a chain of alteration spells, basically, in 20 minutes, that stuff will be solid gold, I could teach you sometime?'' the Orc hands him the ingots, ''Oh, and could you have this refined too?'' he reached for a hilt underneath his waist to reveal a Blades Sword. as the orc walks towards the workbench Enthir calls over ''don't forget, it's enchanted with fire spells, so don't go too hard or you might level half of the city!''

Belkin turned to Enthir and spoke. "Don't know, they're either around town or at the inn." he replied. He was intrigued by the Alteration spell, getting Gold that easily would be good for the pockets, but we'd still need some iron spare for quick repairs repairs, at least until they could get to a proper forge again. He continued his conversation. "Anyway, why did you ask the Orc to refine your sword? I could have done it for you, and would only have asked for the materials!"

Vargmir walked into the inn, dropping his axe at the bar and taking a seat next to Lloden. He was twice the size of the average Bosmer, so coming to Valenwood was always a trial of patience for him.

He took a crumpled piece of paper from his coat and read it over. He shook his head with a deep sigh as he stuffed it back into his coat.

"Met an old friend. I'm late." He told the Dunmer, waving down the barman. "Water."

"You come to Valenwood, home of the most disgustingly exotics drinks in the world, and you order water? You strange, strange Nord." Lloden laughed, surprisingly eloquent for being on his sixth rotmeth.

He snorted. "I don't drink much." Vargmir downed the mug in one swig and waved another on. "Angry drunk."

He dropped some coin on the bar, enough for a dozen more mugs.

He turned his head to look at Lloden. "How long are we in Valenwood?"

"That's a very good question. I believe we're headed to Falinesti, but that's all I've heard. Which is due southwest of here, assuming they're still in the north. Damned moving cities. But beyond that, I don't even think Joncis and Enthir know. Whatever we're carrying, there's a whole lot a cloak and dagger stuff. Not to mentions the people they've hired for it. Makes my skin itch." He took another swig, and pushed his drink away. "Kind of grates after a while." He grimaced.
Angry drunk, huh? Maybe that jab about him destroying a town while drunk was a bit prophetic, then.

"Falinesti, good." Vargmir took another swig. "Was just near there, closer to Silvenar. Have to go back soon."

He looked at the elf's drink and nodded slowly to himself. "Know where to find a Daedra heart?"

The barman's eyes widened, he turned and went to the back room.

Anruin walked through the door whistling a jaunty tune, and overhears Vargmir.

"What do you need that for?"
