Belkin was the next to leave the Inn, having spent the rest of the night finishing on his polish and then getting as much rest as he could, but he couldn't get much sleep, never could, so he decided to meet up now. He walked out into the cool air, his armor now shinier than it was before, as he headed towards the Western Townsgate. He saw Enthir and Joncis at the gate, walking towards them in a relaxed manner.

"So, did they get him?" asked Belkin towards the two of them, curious as to how everything went during the night.

Anruin got up from the Akatosh shrine and turned around

"So, you done yet?" Ahnwen asked, barely awake sitting on a pew, still wearing her steel armor fresh from the blacksmith.

"Yes, but I don't see why you care, I thought Enthir made it clear you weren't coming with us. And that armor won't help you beat Urgal, only training and miracles can do that."

Ahwen chuckled, "Fuck you, that isn't the point. This is because I'll be helping the guards around here prepare for the Undead armies and leading them when they come. I'll need something other than cloth and leather to protect me from a skeletons arrow or zombies' claws."

"Profanity in a temple, lovely. Anyways, I'm off to go see how the rest of the group is doing. Think we'll start heading towards Valenwood today."

"Right, off with you." Ahnwen said hugging Anruin goodbye.

Urgal had slept enough at the inn. The past few days had indeed taken more of a toll on him than he realised. Having not realised how lazy and comfortable with his odd job sort of life in the imperial city he had gotten, he was glad for the action he had been seeking at last.

The innkeeper seemed a bit wary of him as he handed him a chicken leg, he reminded himself not to return to Skingrad for a while as his and the group's stay there had become the talk of the town.

Walking to the gates chewing on the leg he spotted Enthir and Joncis looking as tired and impatient as he felt with skingrad, itching to move. He studied the package Joncis was clutching so tightly. Curiosity wasn't something Urgal possessed in spades, but he couldn't help but feel as if knowing what they were transporting would help them be able to size up their enemy.

Need to size up the crew you're travelling with first Urgal, half of them haven't so much as said a word yet, and the ones who have all seem to have some big thing which could put everyone in jeopardy.

He shook this uncharacteristic flash of curiosity and took another hunk out of the leg.

"Off to Valenwood then? Who's coming with us? Are some still staying here so as not to arouse suspicion crossing the border?"
Enthir turned and responded ''Well that WAS the plan, but now that we have that necromancer out of the way, and I checked while you were off to that ruin, there are no guards at the border, there really isn't anything stopping the whole group from coming at once.''

Dro'Araaj walked through the gate, taking a deep breath to rid his nose of the smell of garlic.
"Where is everyone?" he said, concerned "Could Dro'Araaj have slept in more?"

"What ruin? Is that where Dro'Araaj sniffed the altmer out too? What exactly happened with that, I was at the inn for the night."

Enthir was confused now ''listen, a group of you went ahead and killed the Altmer, I don't care where you went, he's dead now, while everyone was either at the inn or butchering undead, I went south and found no Dominion guards patrolling the border. Does that clear everything up?''

Joncis picked up his bag and started on the path south ''Anyone else coming?'' Enthir quickly joined him, so did Bites-Her-Tail, clutching a piece of wood she yanked out of the floorboards at the inn, and Astoph wasn't far behind her either.

"Hold up, I'm here. I even stopped by the General shop to get you a gift. It's a spell tome for Chain Lightning. Also, sorry for accusing you of being a necromancer."

''true,''Joncis said, as he keeps walking '', but maybe there are guards further ahead?''

Lloden watched the procession from the inn to the gates, and figured it wouldn't be too long before they left. He sighed, and followed them.
He yawned widely. He was dog-tired. But he would be fine for another day. What happened to me? With the ashlanders, I could go a week on a trail and not feel tired. Now, four days and much less running in, and I'm this tired. Of course, I'm not a child like I was then. He idly ran his fingers across the fletchings of his arrows. I do miss Vvardenfell, surprisingly. Not enough ash out here in the west. An involuntary grin.

''Oh, thanks, sorry for those times I might have been racially insensitive to you, uhh..'' Joncis rummages through his bag and pulls out a soul gem and a book titled {Enchantments For The Adept} ''Give me your bow'' he asks

Noticing how tired Lloden looked Dro'Araaj offered him a potion.
"Drink this, it should make you feel awake,"

It has to be-"[/small] "Ah-ha. Here. A root the ashlanders use to keep themselves awake. My thanks, I had forgotten I had this." He tore a piece of it off, and chewed at the tough fibres.
"So, do you simply carry potions for any occasion you come across?"

"Everyone needs a hobby, Dro'Araaj likes to experiment, and sometimes his creations prove useful,"

''Not really, Enthir's shown me how to put 2 enchantments onto one object, now hold on'' Joncis flips through the pages until he reaches Sparks enchantments, he finishes as the bow flashes and its edges glow blow, ''There, basically any arrow that is shot off with this will surge a bolt of lightning through the target, if it isn't alive, it'll jump to the nearest living thing so try not to miss''

Urgal grunted a response and turned around to see bites-her-tail chasing butterflies with a short plank of wood.

She's been oddly quiet over the past couple of days. I suppose the mad get like this sometimes, hermit themselves away from the world muttering. I don't know if she has any idea of the danger she was in from the hunters.

And then there's that one. The one who put us in this danger in the first place. His insolence whilst I fought the redguard, his hiring goons to kill half the group and them not even being loyal to him.

Urgal held back a snarl.

But my brother saved his life for some reason that Anruin is yet to speak of and I need him to have any chance of finding Kaglar, he could recognise a mercenary from the band, or he may have extra information that could be of use. Until I find Kaglar and get to the bottom of this at least, he lives.

He looked at his ragtag group of thieves, bastards and hypocrites and followed the crazed lizard.

Lloden laughed. "I suspect it's more than sometimes. I knew an old Breton like you, once. The neighborhood urchins called him a madman, but he was a brilliant alchemist. He took something of a liking to me, and I often hunted ingredients for him." The old man had been one of his favorite people in Sadrith Mora. My father will pay for that, and many other things besides. His smile died on his lips. "My apologies, sera, I have a tendency to ramble. From where do you hail?"
