Urgal stepped into the clearing to see a bloody grinning argonian sheogorath worshipper standing proudly above a deer... with an ogre standing proudly behind her.

Urgal reacted quickly throwing one of his maces which Bitey ducked at the very last minute, but it hit soundly in its upper torso staggering it briefly but not really doing a whole lot of damage.

Bites-Her-Tail made an odd yelping sound as she ducked the mace, whirling around shortly after to stare up at the ogre.

"Ooooohhh!" She leaped up, gripping the ogre around the head, biting and clawing at it. The beast started to flail its arms, unable to see. Each time it attempted to smack the Argonian away, she'd skitter away and it would hit itself. Bites-Her-Tail seemed to be having quite a lot of fun. The ogre, not so much.

Lloden strode back into camp a few hours later, with a pack stuffed with venison and three rabbits hanging off his belt. He sat down next to Anruin, and set to skinning, spitting and roasting them.

Everyone heard Bites-Her-Tails screeches,
''Ugh, hold on everyone'' Joncis sluggishly stood up and conjured a Flame Atronach ''Go see what that racket's about'' as the atronach nodded and glided towards the yelping, Joncis lay down and tried to sleep again.

"Nothing..." She said, truly scared for the first time in her life. with this many people to guard the items, they had to have some power.
"I guess you're right though. It might be good." Luna said. She had opened up to him and had taken a bit of liking to him. I wonder if he'll think differently than me if he ever finds out... she thought. The dunmer ignored the sounds of fight. if anything, she'd wait till everything was done with to see fit there was a meal waiting.

Urgal stood by watching the riduculous spectacle of Bitey tackling the ogreas it swung wildly at her. As much as he wanted to intervene, he couldn't help but just stand by and admire her crazy fighting style that could only have been inspired by the Madgod himself. Everything she was doing seemed to contradict with how anyone he'd ever opposed or been taught by fought. Every element of her combat didn't seem to make any sense, yet somehow it all came together into an unpredictable fighting style. That was evidenced as soon as she finished off the ogre by making him punch himself in the face... somehow.

Astoph takes seat upon a stump in the camp
Many of the other members seemed quite the fool to him, but surely all competent, there would be no other reason for their recruitment
He pulls out a book and begins to read, fiddling lightning in-between his fingers whilst doing so.

Bites-Her-Tail hopped off the ogre, landing on all-fours in a cat-like stance. She was almost covered in blood, around her mouth, hands and feet. She stayed this way for a moment, panting, before hopping to her feet. Her head bobbed excitedly and she clapped her hands together.

"Victory! Didn't even use her knife!" She swayed from side to side, grinning at Urgal. "Good fight, yes?"

"Yes. uh... Well done." I'd say don't let it go to your head but I'm not entirely sure that's possible. thought Urgal was shocked. He hauled the ogre's arm over his back and dragged him towards camp wordlessly whilst Bitey followed.

The short Argonian hauled the deer over her shoulders. It appeared she was much stronger than her stature suggested. When they got back to camp, she dumped the stag's body next to Lloden, standing with one foot on the animal's corpse. She turned to Urgal, and bobbed her head.

"She keeps the skulls," she declared. "For her collection."

"Right, very creepy. I take it I'm to butcher it as well?"
Maybe my impression of a harmless loon was a tad off.

"Bites-Her-Tail gets to skin the ogre she killed."

There was a definite note of triumph in her voice. Despite the ever-present staff on her back, it was clear from the blood that she hadn't used it, or her knife, to defeat the beast. She seemed very excited about the idea of getting herself those skulls. "You have skinning knife? Her knife for stabbing."

Urgal was hit by a pang of guilt. His brother, Kaglar, collected the skulls of the deer that he hunted too. He had almost given up the idea of finding him, and it occured to him that out of this ragtag gang of adventurers one of them may have come across him in their travels, yet he hadn't yet said a thing.

He quickly hid it, and covered it up by tearing off the deer's head and handing it to her. "Enjoy the souvenir", he said as he went and sat on the opposite side of the camp fire so as to keep an eye on the road."

"Yeah, I've got another. Never hurts to be prepared, right?"
Lloden reached into one of his little pouches and retrieved a small skinning knife. "This work?" Then it registered what she had said. "Wait, what. That's what all the ruckus was, you fighting an ogre?"
Yup, very, very wrong. She may be one of the most dangerous, if only for unpredictability. Touched by the madgod for sure, but also a competent fighter.

She clapped her hands, then took the head, clutching it to her chest.

"Yes, yes, thank you!" She grinned at the Orc, then laid the deer head aside to pull the ogre corpse closer. "Lots of work to do on this one."

She nodded enthusiastically, grabbing the knife and quickly getting to work.

"Killed it all on her own! Clawed and bit and got it to punch itself." She used her feet to brace herself against the body as she started skinning it.

"Er... I would offer to help, but it actually looks like you've got it." Lloden turned to the deer, and started at the neck, where the orc had torn the head clean off. Although perhaps "clean" was the wrong word.
While carefully slicing the skin off the deer, he studied the orsimer out of the corner of his eye. Well-made armor but badly repaired. He had been away from orcish smiths for some time. His clan amulet hung from his neck, burnt and tattered but still proud. Similar to it's owner, he suspected.

She did, indeed, have it, and she made surprisingly short work of it. Though, it was obvious from her rather sloppy work that the head was the only part she cared about. Once the skull was hers, the rest was kicked away, and she quickly skinned the deer head for its skull. She put the two by the nearest unoccupied bedroll. After licking most of the blood from her scales, she laid down, one skull on either side, and promptly fell asleep.

Dresden had arrived in time to watch the spectacle that was the somewhat messy skinning of the ogre by the mad, cheese loving Bites-Her-Tail, and he had reached a conclusion: This is a hazardous venture, to say the least. He walked towards the Argonian.

"Do you mind if I call you Skinner? Seems like an apt nickname."

"You don't have to stay up, elf." He grabbed a hunk of ogre by the bone and started to toast it on the flames, staring at them for some time. "I'll wake you if there's any sign of trouble."
