This is only the beginning, the Tharn Family, with the help of Mannimarco (the King of Worms), have raised an undead army and is poised to conquer all of Tamriel, however, 3 factions have already rose up to stop them and they plan on conquering Tamriel themselves:
The Aldmeri Dominion: made up of Altmer, Bosmer and Khajiit from the Summerset Isle, Valenwood & Elsweyr.
The Ebonheart Pact: made up of Nords, Dunmer and Argonians from Skyrim, Morrowind & Black Marsh(Argonia).
The Daggerfall Covenant: made up of Bretons, Redguards and Orcs from High Rock, Hammerfell & Orsinium.

However, as war breaks out, a small group is charged with escorting two Elder Scrolls to a sanctuary to ensure they don't fall into the hands of any faction.
The group will start in the Imperial City, and will meet with someone in Falinesti to point them in the right direction. Only my character will know the contents of the packages the Elder Scrolls are hidden in, to the others it's just something that needs to be delivered.

Character Sheet:
Name & Gender: *insert*, Male/Female
Race: *insert*
Appearance:
Weapons/Magic/Equipment:
Personal history:

Depending on the amount of responses I get in on the forum the amount of users in the group could range from 5 to under a dozen.

UPDATE:OK, here's a character sheet I made, this will be the first party member:

Name & Gender: Joncis, Male

Age: 23

Race: Breton

Appearance: 5 foot 6, short brown hair and dark brown eyes. No cuts or burns worth of note.

Equipment: Wears Adept Mage robes, along with an amulet and ring that enhances magicka regeneration, in his rucksack are the Elder Scrolls, along with some healing potions and some soul gems.

Magic: Has the ability to shoot fireballs, Icy spears and thunderbolts from his hands, he also can conjure a Flame Atronoch to his side as well as being able to conjure other weapons such as a sword and a bow. Has basic healing abilities and can heal others if needed.

Bio: Joncis was born in Wayrest in High Rock and from a young age trained in Conjuration and restoration magic, when he was old enough he left High Rock to explore Tamriel, as he passed through Elinhir in Hammerfell Joncis developed a love for Destruction magic, and uses it for self- defense purposes , eventually his travels led him to the Imperial city, where he was approached by an old friend and member of the blades, Enthar Aylieus, who informed him that war was about to break out and as he handed Joncis a package containing two Elder Scrolls he explained that they needed to be brought to a Sanctuary to be kept safe, and that a former Blade in Falinesti would point him in the right direction.

Now, Joncis is looking for people to help him deliver the package, and hopefully quick before it's too late.

Soooo, Elder Scrolls Online turned into an RPG with a big bad leading an evil army...Only minus the three faction war and made into an escort quest. Apparently Cyrrodil has a habit of trusting world altering artifacts with inexperienced adventurers.

Seems legit.

I've wanted to try and get into the RP scene here for awhile, and I have alot of free time lately. Might as well start with one having to do with one of my favorite IPs.

Don't expect greatness.
Name: Anruin (may have stolen it, what of it?)

Gender: male

Race: Bosmer

Appearance: Average height, Clean shaven and has a shaved head, black hair, has a scar on his neck and chin, yellow iris.

Personality: Cold, sly, has a temper, distrusts magic, and devoted to the NINE Divine.

Weapons/Magic/Equipment: Longbow w/steel arrows, a silver longsword, full set of Leather armor, and 3 cure disease potions.

Bio: His mother died during child birth and left at the Riften Orphanage by his grieving drunken father, young Anruin grew up in a world of crime (which he had natural skill with) and Nord superstitions. He left at the age of 30 to join a merc band after killing a fellow Thieves Guild member over a drunken dispute. He did well for awhile, but after a contract involving Vampires, half his group were killed and another third was infected, including himself. He spent the rest of the night drinking heavily and cursing his life, but was saved by a man saying he was from a new organisation calling themselves 'Sword of Justice' and was meant to recruit him. After a drinking a potion of cure disease, Anruin joined them and gained his silver longsword and skill with said weapon.

Reason to be in IC: Had a bit of an argument with the Commander of his merc unit, and decided to vacation here while waiting for things to blow over. Is currently looking for jobs to pay his bar debt.

EDIT: Added a reason and put in a personality.

Another edit: Replaced Vigilants of Stendarr with a band of People doing pretty much the same thing

What's to keep us from just taking it to one of the factions?

Can we be Oblivion Guards?

Oblivion's NPC guards are in perpetual telepathic communication with each other, and every guard in the land is immediately aware and on alert for the player if even a single guard spots him doing something illegal. On top of this, they will often go to bizarre lengths to track down the criminal player, spontaneously appearing in odd places such as locked basements in order to dispense justice.

Attempting to fight anyone of them is futile, as a veritable horde of guardsmen will emerge seemingly out of thin air to kill you. Given Oblivion's shit level scaling mechanic, you'll likely be raped harder than a squad of Imperial Guardsmen going up against a Khornate Chaos Lord.

THERE IS NO ESCAPE.

Well actually the characters for the group should be expierienced and the fact that you'll be going from warzone to warzone you should be able to hold your own in a fight. That should be covered in personal history, HOW you can fight or kill like that.

Name: Anruin (may have stolen it, what of it?)

Gender: male

Race: Bosmer

Appearance: Average height, Clean shaven and has a shaved head, black hair, unscarred, yellow iris.

Tell me if I did something wrong.
Well explain how he ended up in the Imperial City, maybe he is on a contract or something.

NOTE TO EVERYONE, you can be ANY race as it makes sense, for instance, a Wood elf and a Reguard can be in the group just fine, because although the factions are made up of different races, not everyone will sign up to their respective armies (obviously).

This is one I have made previously, but that group got deleted and I would really enjoy to get into another with this
Name: Astoph

Age: 27

Race: Breton

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has an athletic build with a burn on his inner left arm, where he tried to activate a spell, but activated in the wrong hand, his blade hand, sending a firebolt onto himself, which caused him to suffer an intense burn. Tall for a breton, with blonde scruffed hair and stubble on his chin. Wears enchanted steel armor with a mages hood rather than a steel helmet. His sword is Elvish with an inscription, given to him by a past love. Dirt on his face frequently, from when he battles.

Abilities (magic/fighting style): Heavy armor, Sword based Battlemage, using mainly Destruction, Restoration and Alteration magic.

Background Story: Born in highrock, his mother was a warrior, while his father was a mage. At a young age they would argue over his education, his father would teach him the ways of magic, whilst his mother would teach him to fight with a blade, both at a very young age. His father also taught him to enchant weapons and armor, which is the way his parents met. As the fighting persisted between his parents of what he would do, he was both attending the Fighters guild and the mages college. The stress of it all would get to him at times, for he had no spare time between the two studies. The worst was that he himself could not decide if he wished to be a mage and a warrior.
One day while he was studying at the college, an imperial man strolled in. He wore heavy armor, so it confused Astoph of his business at the college.
A few days later, his parents finally asked him if he wished to be a mage, or a warrior. "He should be a warrior, he has a great swing, he could bring down the mightiest of foes!" his mother would say. "Have you no sense? Why would he just swing a blade when he could set his enemies aflame with a snap of his fingers? He has great potential in the college and could become a master wizard!" His father would reply. By Astoph himself did not know what he wished to do, his parents knew the answer, they took him to the arena, so he could finally decide from these battles, what he wanted to become.
At the arena Astoph watched many battle between wizards, warriors and archers, all in different circumstances, but he still couldn't decide, none of these rolls felt... Right.
Then the man he saw in heavy armor from the college stroll onto the field, everyone cheered him as he entered, Astoph did not realise why he was at the college, until then. His opponent swung a might axe straight toward him, only to be brought to the floor by a bolt of lightning. Astoph was astonished, he'd never seen a man cast spells in large armor, he then proceeded to watch as the man continued to duel with his opponent blade to axe, only to finish her off with a ball of flames that exploded into the air.
He knew from that moment, he was destined to be a battlemage and fight not just with skill group, but two.
As he left the arena the man saw him, Astoph wished to know how he harnessed such power while wearing such heavy armor, the man could see from Astoph that he was a very good swordsman, as well as a very intellectual boy. He invited Astoph to train with him, to learn the tricks to become a battlemage. Astoph accepted, and from that day forth trained in magic and swordsmanship, to become the great battlemage he is.

Personality: Intellectual yet brave, a man of few words. He is happy, but hardly ever smiles, can be emotionally distant at times. But at times when it comes to fight, he will stand up to fight, especially if it means defending his, or an allies honor.

Profession: Enchanting, can enchant ones armor and weapons to enhance effectiveness, but is also a battlemage and fights for his homeland.

How did he end up in the Imperial City?
He is currently in the Imperial district for the purpose of enchanting noblemen's swords, and some of the royal guards armor.
He would prefer to enchant weapons and armor that will go to good use, but knows the sad truth that true warriors can not afford the pleasures of a magical blade.
Edit: He's currently staying in the Mages guild where he rests.

Ok, you said any race. Bring it on.

Name & Gender: Oboroth
Race: Dovah
Appearance: A sliver dragon the size of several buildings. His lights glorify the lands as he spews frost from his breath. Supposedly the last remaining dragon, he has yet to see a single scratch on his beautiful silver scales.
Weapons/Magic/Equipment: Frost breath, claws, teeth, badassery
Personal history: Oboroth was born the runt of the litter, and as such was cast off from the Dovah. Little did he know, that soon all of his kin would be extinct including Alduin. With few resources, he hid in the mountains of skyrim, never to be seen until now. He has grown significantly and dines on a mix of frost trolls, giants and mammoths. With the war going on, he figured now is as good a time as any to reintroduce himself to the world.

Hmm, well played, but dragons were extinct in Tamriel at the end of the first Era, and this is taking place in the middle of the second.

Besides, when I said any race, I meant one that in the games you could play as (and maybe Imga too but then you won't join until later)

Go for it, but give him/ her/ it a reason for tagging along, remember the party will have at least half a dozen people on it, and we'll be travelling across different provinces.

See, he survived and hid in a mountain the whole time. It is kind of like in starwars when order 66 is supposed to kill everyone, but in reality there are like 5000 exiled Jedi and the Empire kind of sucked at killing them.
