The Crow, beginning to end. There have been others but that one has stayed with me since that night I first saw it in the theatre.

The final few scenes in Pan's Labyrinth
The opening of UP!
The final scene in The Boy In The Striped Pajamas
Any scene in Schindler's List
Any number of scenes from Requiem For A Dream
The intro scene and a few select scenes from Wrist Cutters
A few select scenes from Eternal Sunshine For A Spotless Mind
A load of scenes from Fight Club (different kind of emotion there, though)
The beginning and end of Saving Private Ryan
The intro of Seed (Warning: not for the overly sensitive)

(And I know I'll probably get flamed for this)

The beginning and ending scenes of Seven Pounds.

That's all I can think of right now. I'll edit if more come to me.

For Theater Response, I've only cried at two movies (so Far):

Wall-E and Where The Wild Things Are.

The Ending of Wall-E just demolished me. I never thought I could cry like that in my life, but it worked.
Where The Wild Things Are is the most recent, but the finest story telling I've seen for a short kid's book. I cried because I WAS Max. I think we were all Max at one point, and everything he did was real. He wasn't a Hollywood manifestation of what a kid could be with a clever retort, but a real kid. I cried because he was real.

I know it may sound odd but i found the scene where Leonidas the his remaining troops die in 300 the most heroic and sad scene. it was matched only by the end speech telling of how the death of 'those brave 300' was really a victory against the invading Persians.

We're on the 3rd page already and nobody has brought up Glory [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097441/]? I have to watch that movie with a box of tissues close to hand because pretty much the whole film makes me cry, but the ending especially so.

Seriously, go watch it, it's a classic.

Edit: Darn it all, I've started misting up just from thinking about it.

After watching the entirety of the mini series Band of Brothers. The very last two scenes, the one where Captain Winters explains what happens (to the viewer) to his surviving men after the war and the VERY last part of interviews with the actual veterans and they finally told you which one was which.
Manly tears, man, manly tears.

The climax in V for Vendetta. You know the one, where V's body is carried off with the explosive train which detonates under Parliament, causing it to explode, Natalie Portman gives a big, and one of the best, emotional and philosophical speeches ever and all of the V's are crowded outside Parliament. Its basically just amazingly perfect in every concievable way Ugh, just here:

Yeah I'd have to go with this too. I love V for Vendetta despite what other people say about the film. A truly awesome ending to the film

That song "He shot me down, bang bang" from Kill Bill.

The ending to the Wizard of Oz.

When I was little, when I thought Ash was dead during the first Pokemon movie. <<;

Whenever I hear Aeris' them from Advent Children, I myself don't give two shits about her, but her song hits me where I live. XD

Seeing all the Spartans dead at the end of 300, and just about every time they yell ouy "WOO!". Also, when The Captain's son dies and The Captain's reaction to it.

Forrest Gump's ending.

Inglourious Basterds made me feel such a wide array of emotions, oddly enough. o_O

The Grinch (the cartoon) always bring back nostalgia

V For Vendetta makes me laugh, weep, and cheer all at once

Scenes with the Jokefrom the Dark Knight make my giddy

and so, so, so many more.
