The original ending to the book A Clockwork Orange. It was very different from the movie and I believe much more conclusive and even somewhat optimistic.
I second that.

Fight Club ending.
It apparently wasn't the same as the book's, but it was hilarious.

Movie: Citizen Kane, Pulp Fiction, Akira (Anime; expanded it, Otomo should have), Ghost in the Shell (Anime), Shawshank Redemption, Scarface (he got what was coming to him), Goodfellas, Reservoir Dogs, Snatch (Best fight movie), Fight Club, Click, and Yojimbo and Fistful of Dollars.
Manga: Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Dragon Ball Z, Death-Note (not the perfect ending but ended decently.), Domu: A Child's Dream, and Gantz Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Anime: Akira, Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 1 and 2, and that is all I can think of right now.
Books: Atlas Shrugged, Tom Sawyer, Crime and Punishment, Huck Finn, The Fountainhead, Great Gatsby, Grapes of Wrath, 1984, Brave New World.
Comic Books: 100 Bullets, Watchmen, V for Vendetta, The Avengers (not this Dark Reign shit), The endings Sin City Yarns The Hard Good Bye and That Yellow Bastard, Ronin, The Killing Joke.
Vid Games: The Ending to MGS3 and MGS. All of the Half-Lifes ending's (excluding the episodes because they are sequel ridden). Thief: The Dark Project, Jak and Daxter Series (when I was little...).

Best ending ever tho has to be, when we die, because we finally are rid of all opinion and just move on in the earth, or go to Heaven/hell: what ever you subscribe to.

I'll go with the ending of 'Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones'. That short monologue neatly encapsulates everything the trilogy is about and gives the impression that the entire length of the three games we played was one epic story right out of the Arabian Nights. Just perfect.
Agreed. That was one amazing ending, especially taken in the context of the beginning of the first game....

Also, Lost Odyssey. It may have been typically long and overblown at times in true JRPG style, but still, I liked it.

The ending to Naruto, it made all the filler seem worthwhile
The anime's ended? o_O
I gave up on the anime ages ago.
The manga's still going strong though...

OT: Elfen Lied had a terrific ending for a manga, although very sad.
Watchmen, both comic and film (yes, the comic ending DOES make sense if you pay enough attention)
LoTR
Jak 3 (the ending of the trilogy of Jak & Daxter I thought was well done)
The ending to David Gemmel's Swords of Night and Day.
Blade 1 & 2 had great endings...Blade 3...not so much.
And, going with what everyone else is saying here...InFamous' ending literally made me sit there going "WTF o_O".
