I would have to say (agreeing with most of you here):
-The last boss fight in Resident Evil 5
-The little bug things in Dead Space (the ones that mug you in groups and you have to squirm to get them off)
-The witches in Left 4 Dead
-Any of the guys you have to chase (especially on a bike) in Grand Theft Auto 4
-The cops in Midnight Club: Los Angeles
-The flaming Machete Champions in X-Men Origins: Wolverine (on harder difficulties at least)[They are not hard, just really annoying]

The AI racers in Midnight Club LA Remix.
You'd think if somebody managed to scream their way to "LEGEND" status within the first few hours of the game (which is laughably easy in LA Remix), they'd get more respect from the other racers, right?
Nope.
I'm just past 80% through the LA career, and everyone I'm seeing behind the wheel is a worthless tool who is more interested in shouting insults and talking smack than actually racing. Even the dude driving my own cars is a loudmouth.
Note the Rockstar: Next time, let's NOT make everyone in town a jackass.
I second that, no matter how far away from them you are, they insist on saying you will mess up and that you suck. What annoys me even more is that they complain to you about scratching their paint when
they rammed
you.
