Damn, you keep beating me to this. Anyway I loved the ending in Warcraft 3 FT, when Arthas and the Lich king become one.

A lot of the cutscenes in DMC 3, like every cutscene in MGS is Gold, The final Cutscene in FFX is sweet and basically the entire game of Indigo Prophecy

The FFX final scene made me cry the first time. I was so into that game....
