There you go.

Knowing my skills on this forum, the hyperlink will fail. Joy!
I've done the calculations, the group bookings are absurdly expensive. And overall the single admissions are more expenive, $28 per person, apposed to about $21. The fact that it's relatively easy to get to, AND all in one place, makes it more appealing however.

I will, yet again, leave it to our Escapist brethren to decide!

If it's combined bowling/Laser tag, what's the cost for the same thing as the other? Namely, 1 game of bowling, 2 rounds of Laser tag?

-cringes- $43.90 per person, that's without calling and seeing if I can get a discount. But it does mean we spend less on travel, that has to be taken into consideration.

$38 for adults, which unfortunately is 16 and up.

Actually, it's $37.90. This is assuming we're doing this before 4pm.

Also, I think you can get three games for $25, which means the third is effectively a dollar. I'm not entirely sure though.

Something must be wrong there, because every time I've been it hasn't been that expensive.

Very true. Once again, I can foot that. It's not my call however.

It's not a package they mention, it's just something they do when you're in groups. Although I guess it's up to the person manning the counter at the time.

All the group events packages are too expensive..

for one person (adult) playing one game it's $14.95, X2 it's $29.90

For one person (adult) one game of bowling $14

The combined total being.. $43.90

I didn't see any packages combining the two.

In regards to that, I'd have to call them and find out. But as it's listed, that's the price. Hopefully you're right!

If we have left over money at the end of the day, all the better for us.

And don't forget, laser tag is much cheaper before 4pm, which we may end up doing anyway.

How daft of me! You are correct. $37.90 combined total before 4pm, making it 90c more expensive then the alternative, but greatly worth it considering the travelling is easier, and Darling Harbour is great. I think we have a winner!

Okay, I'm not sure if we'll make it to doing a fantasy LARP, but we sure as hell could put one into the Laser Tag.

Now for the dress code. The more ridiculous and character-based, the better. If you don't want to, that's your call. I recommend Gothing it up a little at least if you're not prepared to do anything else. Eyeliner and black clothes. Don't forget to bring shoes for the lasertag, they won't let heels and the like in.

Thank you, thank you. I'm here for about five more minutes, then I must sleep.

Shoes have to be enclosed too! No open toes or anything.

Oh, and I thought it was an Escapist party any time I was shooting whiskey and playing Beautiful Katamari between bouts of refreshing my Escapist profile page? Or have I just become too cyber-focused?
It is a party. One of the best kinds and you know it.

And I'll join in the fun as soon as I can afford the flight. So the darker side of never probably, at this rate.
I'm either pleased that I'm not alone, or saddened that I'm not alone.

Or just saddened in general because I can't afford to fly down to Sydney for REAL party-time.

Eh. Guess that's what the whiskey's for.
