Overlord and Overlord 2 had me in stiches quite a few times.

"That was clearly an act of agression! Kill them all, sire!"
"Aaawww, poor fishy!"
"There's a reason 'survial of the fluffiest' didn't quite catch on, sire. They're just too stupid."

The two first requires context, and I left them out not to spoil.

Oh, and I can't forget my first runin with the Havok engine: Psi-Ops. Using Telekinesis to smash people into the walls enough to kill them, then folding them up into a corner.

Oh, and then pretty much every Havok-engined game I've played since then with similar results. Setting up C4 after C4 in the same spot in the middle of the road in Mercenaries, and waiting for some random person to drive by, then trying to see how long or far I can launch the car with the blast.

In Uncharted 2, playing the game through again as Doughnut Drake. It is so funny to execute stealth kills and act in the shadows as that incredible blob.

On Dead Space, I found it hilarious that though it was being marketed as a survival horror, it wasn't scary in the least. True, I did totally freak out with that elevator thing in the beginning of the game, (don't wan to elaborate to spoil the game for anyone else) but I just didn't find it scary. I found that hilarious. Pretty perverse sense of humor, I know.In video games, I tend to laugh after completing some impossibly hard boss fight or section, to stress my relief.

Got some good laughs out of battlefield 2. I remember a few years ago a friend of mine got pissed off with some guys who kept hogging the gunship. They would spawn and run to it every time, and would not let anybody else use it. My friend started hiding nearby and waiting for them to start taking off, then leap out and cover the chopper in C4 and blow them to hell. It was pretty amusing, but the best one was when he let the chopper fly in to the distance to make them feel safe, then BOOM, lol.

It's incredibly dated but postal 2 made me laugh. It was funny but also quite sick, being that you could shock people by urinating on them for no particular reason, and if you splash their mouth they puked. Some twisted minds thought that game up.

Many, many times in GTA IV's free mode with friends. Oh, the crap we get into.

Also, the ending of Borderlands and the caption to the final boss of the Zombie Island DLC. No idea who has finished either of these, so...

The end of the original story, when Clap Trap get's struck with lightning for no apparent reason and his eye turns red, so he leaps up and starts doing kung fu with freeze frame caption "CL4P-TP - INTERPLANETARY NINJA ASSASSIN".
and
The final boss of the Zombie Island DLC for Borderlands, in which you kill Dr. Ned and the credits start a few seconds before being torn down by the monstrous new undead Dr. Ned. Freeze frame caption was "UNDEAD NED - HOLY F***ING SHIT!"

TF2, I was just playing with my friends and someone on the BLU said that RED was stacked like pancakes (not my fault my friends are good). One of them changed their name to Pancake, followed by Pancake2, Pancake3, etc. until we had a team full of them. While amusing, this was too standard for me, so I chose PANCAKE IS CREDIT TO TEAM! Now everyone changed from Pancake# to something more fun. AlphaPancake is later accused of hacking (he wasn't), and then our names change to PANCAKE IS CREDIT TO HAX!, Haxcakes, etc. Though we started out strong, we ended with a string of losses due to being distracted by pancakes.

Mass Effect

Punching out the ranting scientist on Eden Prime then casually replying 'It's just a bump on the head, he'll sleep it off'.

- First time I played Worms 2 as a 10 year old kid. The Holy Handgranade and Nuke had me in stitches, so did powering up the Prod and letting people skip over the water like stones.

- "It's-a me, Mario!!" in AC2. That came só out of the blue, I couldn't stop laughing.

- Shenanigans in TF2. Back when the Civilian Heavy bug still worked, me and a couple of clanmates were in a giggly mood, and everyone changed to Civilian Heavy, and their names to variations on "Endangered Civilian Heavy", and tried to kill each other with taunts. As the good friend Heavy says, "Good times!"

- Garry's Mod. Just...Garry's Mod

- Seeing a Boomer commit suicide in the first L4D. Out of no-where, we just say a little blob drop from a building going boom. It was so silly and random, I couldn't stop laughing.

- Saints Row 2. Ezzzy 105. Fast car. Lots of civilians. Hilarity ensues. There was so much insane giggling, so so so much.

Well recently I was playing through Mass Effect as a biotic and
I was at the part where you help Garrus in the clinic
and I ran up to a guy and used biotic throw, ready to shoot him while he's down, but I actually threw him over a ledge he was standing near. I didn't know I could do that and it made me crack up really hard for some reason. lol

The first time in l4d2 on the first act in vs. when I charged someone out the window from a small room to their instant death and another time jockeying someone off the ledge in the first act just to fall to my death and watch them hang there as their teammates sat and watched them slowly get closer to falling from spitter bile, then not a few seconds later when they finally went to pick them up he fell straight off the ledge before they could get to him. Ah, good times.

Had a few, and all with my best friend. I basically do running commentary on everything we do, and for some strange reason, we find it funny, I cant explain why :) While playing GoW 2 multiplayer shouting 'DIZZY NOOOOO!' as I snipe one of my teammates head off, constantly torturing people who play as flame grenadier ( someone meat shields him, and I shoot his limbs off one by one in a secluded corner ) and such, I dunno....gah! Nothing ever sounds funny when you type it out! I wouldnt say its games I find funny by themselves, just the way we comment on whats happening. for example, one of the biggest laughing fits we've ever had was playing Assassins Creed 1! just running around shouting 'TERRORISTS!' as loud as you can every time you punch someone wearing a head scarf, or after you fled some guards by sitting on a bench imagining them questioning citizens for your where abouts...for some reason we found ''excuse me sir, have you seen a man who looks.....exactly like you?'' insanely hilarious if you get my meaning. Anyway it doesnt matter if you guys find it funny, we did and that's what counts :)

That one line in Portal where GladOs is like, "Remember all the fun times we had? Like when I said we were going to murder you and you were all like 'NOOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYY'".

Me and my friend were playing Half Life.
We got stuck on the helicopter part and I said "Shit, if it's this hard on normal, might as well replace the helicopter with a flying middle finger on hard mode."
She was laughing like hell, I didn't really think it was that funny. If that doesn't count then let me see if I can remember a time I was in tears.
AHA!
Playing Left 4 Dead 2 and grabbing the garden gnome and constantly saying "There is only the gnome" or "The gnome will protect me, right? right gnome?"
Anyway you know that one part when the gates open and you have to run to the safe room and then you get a shitton of zombies coming out of no where, I got everyone into saying "SAVE THE GNOME!!!!" and we were tossing it everywhere, catching it, running about a foot to the safe room, tossing it, another person catches it so on.
I was laughing because of how silly it was, we sounded like zombies ourselves "gnooome!" "get the gnome!" "gnoooooooommmeee"
It doesn't really sound that funny but it's one of those things where you had to be there.

The first time my friend and I encountered a berzerker in gears of war. There where a lot of things we would've expected to encounter. A giant steroid pumping locust monster that moos like a cow and then sprints full speed in an idiotic fashion into the nearest wall was not one of them. We also had no idea that it was blind or that you couldn't shoot it so we where running for our lives laughing like hell.

Yeah, for me, it'd be Little Bit Planet also. Playing it with friends it just waaaay too funny. I don't remember what the level was called but it was like in a desert and you have to get jet packs and carry bombs to explode your way through. That part plus four friends...yeah. We were all laughing so hard we had to pause the game to recollect ourselves.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot one other one. Last night, actually. My friend and I were playing Metal Gear Solid 4 and kept switching off who was playing. I'd played it before, she hadn't. Well, in the final act, there was a door she had to open and Gekko kept showing up but she kept failing at killing them so Snake is being tossed around like a ping pong ball and pure chaos was erupting. The comments she made were just hilarious and at one point, she accidentally equipped the box instead of using a ration and the way it looked was just so funny, I just about died laughing at that point. I guess I should've been helping her like a good friend but instead, I was crying and laughing way too hard. xD But she was laughing too so it was ok.
