I recently finished Gunbuster and the ending just moved me (I,m not going to spoil it you,re going to need it for yourself if you watched Diebuster the only thing I,m going to tell you is that it the end scene is a tie-in to it)
I watched some other anime,s like Angel Beats, Gundam 0080 and Evangelion and neither of them evoked any kind of emotion from me.

Code Geass, every time I watch it. I have never been able to get through the final season without crying my eyes out.

A Hermit's Cave
Grave of the Fireflies... 'nuff sed, I suppose (easily the only anime that is depressing from start to finish... only with a massive kick to the balls at the end).

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 (... again...)

Nope. I've only watched Grenadier, Black Lagoon, and Ghost in the Shell.

While the ending to the first season of Ghost didn't make me cry, it was surprising indeed. As for the ending of Black Lagoon? STUPID CLIFFHANGERS! WE NEED MOAR REVY!!

Grave of the Fireflies is probably the most depressing work of fiction i've ever seen.

I also cried at the end of Claymore because I realized that they were really ending the series right there.

Elfen Lied, hands down the only anime to make me cry. Absolutely love it, although the cliffhanger ending is just rage inducing.

Angel beats almost got me.

I did also shed one tear watching Clannad after story, but that was not at the ending.

The first time I saw Trust and Betrayal I cried at the ending. I was like 15 and huge nerd. Very into the Japanese culture, samurai and all that. Still am, sort of. Watch it these days and I don't cry, but I almost do.

Ok, fine. I still cry.

Gungrave made me cry a bit at the end. Trigun did too the first time I saw it but there's this one episode that always makes me cry no matter how many times I see it.

Fullmetal Alchemist was way too much awesome to end. Also Avatar, because it was fun.

I'll probably cry if one-piece ends.

Code Geass came close, the end of one of Black Lagoon's story arcs also came pretty close, but still no cigar. Episode eight of Witch Hunter Robin actually succeeded, but again still not the end of the series. I have read one manga in which the ending brought on the water works, Akumetsu. And it, unfortunately, will probably never be made into an anime which I think is a shame.

I can count on one hand the times works of fiction have made me cry and I'm pretty sure there's only one anime among these. It's not Grave of the Fireflies.

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien.

I really need to improve my Japanese so I can play the visual novel and maybe get an ending that's not as horribly depressing. Then again, I was 14, I think, when I watched it, so it might not have nearly as much impact on me now.

The Place Promised in our Early Days hit really close to home. There were parts of it that were like getting smacked in the face, actually.

Cowboy Bebop made me cry, too, but that had more to do with execution (which, like everything else in the show, was perfect.
