I game in binges, with very long periods of next-to-no-gaming-whatsoever. In this context, there have been games which have taken over my subconscious, yes: Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Star Wars Jedi Academy are the two which come to mind right now, but I'm pretty sure it's happened with Dragon Age too.
every so often I have a freak dream of being crushed to death by the tetris blocks, and that music just takes over...
Mass Effect. After playing for a while I started to dream about walking around as Shepard. I have to admit despite some loss of sleep it was pretty cool to be in the Mass Effect universe in my dreams as well as when I'm awake.
I have before. Usually fairly tame.
Except for that one Halo dream.
I'll spare you the details, but it ended with the Master Chief causing the Sun to go Super-Nova to stop the Flood from taking over Earth and the rest of the galaxy, leaving him as the onyl remaining human being, not counting the odd-off colony or refugee.

Pretty much every night that I buy a game. I just have so much fun playing it that after I turn it off, that's all I can think about. So I think about it as I'm going to sleep and it goes from thoughts to dreams.

Umm I believe I had SW:KOTOR affect my dreams over summer. It involved an argument with Revan over galatic politics before epic shit happened involving spaceships and stuff.
I've also had my fair share of OC-building shit dreams brought on by playing Minecraft late at night.
Oh Wait I remember that Kingdom Hearts was a good source of inspiration for some pretty epic dreams a while back. CAn't remember what they were about though :/.

Since I mostly play multiplayer games, you can imagine how that would get hectic. I've dreamt about playing Starcraft 2, Heroes of Newerth, League of Legends, Modern Warfare (*Insert current number here*), World of Warcraft <( has actually haunted me hardcore) among many others. Pretty much, as long as I play it enough (specially before sleeping) I will dream of it. World of Warcraft is the biggest culprit here though, I've dreamt about that game so much. (Fuck noww I feel like paying another month of WoW! NO, STOP ME!!).

I once dreamt I was in the Minecraft equivalent of the Grand Canyon, and entered Creative mode to build the Crystal Palace [http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d8/Crystal_Palace_General_view_from_Water_Temple.jpg] inside the gap between the cliff faces
I've had two dreams that I can clearly remember, at the moment.
The first was a crossover of Halo and Stargate: Atlantis. It was pretty interesting, it had 3 Spartans, including the Chief, going through a Stargate, but that thing happened where they get sent forward in time and it turns out that the Flood and the Wraith joined forces and was destroying everything all over the place. It was neato when the 3 Spartans were going through this colossal tunnel just mowing aliens down.
There was also a dream I had that was Minecraft mixed with all sorts of crazy stuff. I remember a bunch of people, including myself, in a small enclosed room, a loudspeaker telling us to run, and a wall opening into a Minecraft world. Some people joined together and went off on their own, but mostly, everyone just scattered. I remember making a little cave house thing, somewhere near a crashed helicopter or something, when it was night time and some random chick started asking for my help. I did and I shared the cave thing with her, and I was just looking out when I see Gandalf surrounded be these huge, heavily armored dudes that looked like the Authority from RAGE with assault rifles just coming down a path. Apparently, these guys were on my side and they drove off these demons things and were gathering people who were set loose and were willing to come with them, or something.

last half dozen on my dreams have been using Deus Ex as it's story telling element. Basically everything I do I tend to do it by crouch against chest high walls and stealthing.
Like one the other day I snuck Deus Ex style into a huge warehouse where i killed several guards who looked like the enemies from EYE: Divine Technomancy and it turned out to be the bethesda studios and it was my first day and then they sit me down and telled me i'm going to be a programmer and then i'm like "i have no fucking idea what i'm doing" and I just poke random shit in the open program. Thats when i wake up. My dreams are pretty retarded...

None that i can remember...i do dream of zombies alot tho...its not as fun as it sounds. you know when in dreams you cant run and your muscles wont work? yea imagine that but being in a house with a zombie...
usally i dream about whatever I have been spending most of the day doing/watching/playing it seems tonights dream will be a combination of docter who, torchwood and fallout 3.
If on the off chance I get a nightmare though its usally a combination of all the things above and one of my pets dying,its never a person who dies though(Most likely my brain knows what scares me the most and likes to scare me).
