I keep pulling out my PS1 to play Final Fantasy IX, although it's coming to PSN soon so I wont have to bother anymore.
I can barely go a week without playing Goldeneye on the N64!

I'm a PC gamer (Don't hate me!), I don't have a PS3/360 at the moment. So yes, I still go on my PS2. Not only do Ratchet and Clank, Destroy All Humans and Mercenaries all kick ass, its nice to notice that I can just pop in a CD and go (as I have been doing many years), while other systems screw about with internet connections, installation, excessive DRM, blah blah blah. Simplicity itself...

Hell, I've got an SNES and an N64 wired up right behind me, so I'm always ready for urges to play old consoles.

Yes, all the time. Recently I got Timesplitters 2 for example.
Epic game, truely a classic multiplayer and a great story mode. The robot factory level on hard cost me a controller in frustration and I cant tell you how many monkeys I miniguned across that dam :)

OT: Yeah from time to time I have to go through the hassle of digging out my ps2 and hooking it up, but I have Deus Ex :) Way better on PS2 than on PC.

I play my N64 more than any other console I have. I'm officially a retro gamer.

Now, Perfect Dark awaits!
Perfect Dark?

We must join forces against the DarkSims and defeat them with Tranquilizers on their home turf: Temple!

OT: Yeah, I still play my old N64. Perfect Dark (obviously), GoldenEye 007, and the original Smash Bros.

Is the ps2 considered an 'ancient' console now? Although I have a ps3 I spend more time on my ps2.

Yes, there's so many memories and so much frustration embedded in games like Need for Speed or Crash Bandicoot. - Feels great to beat the game in the name of your old (young?/younger?/past?) self. (PS 2 and 1 respectively.)

Course, I'll never stop playing the FF games on PS1 and 2 and I know they're backwards compatable but for the save files I play battlefront, NGBlack, Fable, Kotor 1+2, Jedi Knight and Deus Ex: Invisible war on my crystal X-Box

Looks up from Gameboy Advance, glancing for a moment at the N64 blaring in the background and the SNES in the corner...

Yeah, I think so

I get the urge now and again, but unfortunately my father ended up selling my old SNES, N64, and Atari. (My brother and I had stopped playing them around the time the original Xbox came out, and they were just sitting around, so it was justified.)

uh... duh?

ALways. And on PC I always have the urge to go back and play Wolfenstein 3D and Starcraft and Diablo. They're good games, I will come back to them.

To think that I'm just going ot throw a game away seems wasteful. If gameplay's good, then I'll continue to play.

Lots of times, but unfortunately I can never find the correct wires for my N64. Thank Cthulu for emulators.

Sometimes I go back on my old PS2, Dynasty Warriors 5, burnout Revenge, Ape Escape, aahh the old classics I used to play when it wasn't mandatory for games to have compelling characters, and dramatic enthralling levels.. 'sides, I was too young to care anyway ^^
