I think the worst thing that could possibly happen when this happens is when the song doesn't have any lyrics. As someone above mentioned, when it has lyrics you can go on lyrics.com or something and search for the words. When it's an instrumental you can only experience a weird combination of agony and bliss as you listen.

No, I take it back. The worst is when there are lyrics, but Google and/or lyrics.com can't find them.
