yes, sometimes the human race is in a grim state. Murders, thiefs, rapists, scammer, capitalism, pollution. Were pretty much a wicked bunch of bastards. In actual fact, "losing faith in humanity" these days is like complaining you've got three bits of gravel in a planet made entirely of popcorn. I am not ready to declare entire species morally bankrupt just because of a few psychopaths running around. Moreover, i believe that people who do declare are part of the problem. Remember the Middle Ages? I think we have progressed since then, rather significantly. We did it because we had ideals, because we wanted to get all those problems over with. Accepting all the negative things as "natural" and ditching idealism will get us nowhere.
But meh, who am i speaking to - bunch of Nietzsche Wannabes who think nihilism makes them kewl and edgy on the Internet.

If you really lose faith in humanity just because some people do stupid things,you need to either consider stepping back and looking at the good things humanity does instead of focusing on the bad,or you're just on the internet,seeking attention and fame.
