I had one of those DSlike game holders that held 6 DS games, I left it in a rent-a-car. The rent-a-car dealer said he couldn't find it but I call bs on that. Each game in it was bought new so I lost $300 worth of games.

I still keep the empty cases on my shelf as a reminder, "never forget".

Basically every single GBC game I've ever owned has a rotating schedule of when I am and am not allowed to know where they are. As of right now, I'm missing my Pokémon Crystal, Red, and Silver versions, as well as Super Mario Bros 2, which I really, really want back.

Does my brother selling 80% of my PS2 and 360 collection count?
'Cos if so, that.
Lolol sounds like your my younger brother :p I sell my games so I can afford newer ones and my brother doesn't like it at all.

OP: When I was about 9, I lost my Gameboy colour limited edition and a bunch of GBC games at an airport, I left them in a pikachu bag next to an old lady and forgot them :'(

I was sad for days.

Some friends 'borrowed' my copy of The Darkness and lost it before I'd even played it. Fortunately I wasn't that interested in it. I only got it because the local games shop had a buy one get one free deal and there was only one game I wanted in it (which was Blue Dragon).

I lost a game at my friends house and then found it like a year later when I went to plug his Xbox 360 back in.

Oh no, it's not that he sold his games that I have a problem with. My problem is him just up and selling my games. Many of which are now rare and incredibly expensive.

Yes... my copy of harry potter and the philosopher's stone for ps1 ;( as well as pokemon silver, ruby, emerald and firered. Damn GB and GBA cartridges are so easy to lose! They're too small. Dunno how I've managed not to lose any DS cartridges.

Yes. I usually lose a few things in every move and my last few have been no exception. When I left for Calgary 3 years ago, I had a PS2 and about 15 games. Now, only one game remains, and it's now currently missing after I lent it to my friend.

I know this topic has been done before but if it's that big of a deal to make another one I'll probably just be a moderator action against me. But that's not the point. Has anyone else just outright lost their physical copy of a game? I just noticed today that my PC copy of the Orange Box is missing. I'm not that upset as I own both the PS3 and 360 versions but I have zero idea as to how I could have lost it.
I cant find my saints row 2 disk I have the case but the disk is missing I think one of my friends might have it by accedent but I love that game so much I miss it

I had an original mint copy of Spyro the Dragon go walk abouts. I swear I lent it to my ex-girlfriend but she denies ever owning it. Hmmm...

I've lost a lot of my games, I find most of them.

Though, I usually lose handheld games, I somehow lost almost my entire PS2 library.

I lost my copy of Crash Team Racing once.

...found it 8 years later behind the sofa. It's still as awesome as ever.

Y'owch, if my brother did that, I'd slap him.

Oh, I did, trust me.
Sure, I got a knee in the balls from someone older, bigger and stronger than me, but a right hand to the face sure felt nice.

I think I got most of you beat. I lost four games all at once. See, I have a small white case where I keep the four DS games I'm currently playing, and it just vanished into thin air. I swear, it's like someone ate it and forgot to tell me.

Pokemon Yellow, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Crystal, Ruby and Trading Card Game. All of them were together in a pile, but they got moved by someone. Never seen them since.
