Yeah, I have no clue where my Pokemon Blue cartridge is. It's amazing how you loose things when moving even though the house is totally empty when you do your last check over.

I lost my Pokemon Silver and Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages when my family moved to a new house back in 2005, and I wasn't able to find the games until about 3 weeks ago when I looked in an old bin up in my attic.

I was actually looking for it and I can't find my copy of Snake Eater right now...The world must burn.

By the way I also lost "The Game" (I hope someone on this forum gets this or it was all for nothing)

I remember losing Pokemon Blue for 7 years.
I lost Yellow and Gold. I've also lost FFX and FFX-2 (not upset about the last one). I re-bought FFX (and it was totally worth it).

I let my college roommate borrow Perfect Dark 0 for the X-Box 360. Months later, during summer break, I get a call from him mentioning that he realized the disc was still in his X-Box.

Shows how much I really cared about that game, 'cause I didn't even realize I'd lost it until that call.

I lent Red Faction Guerilla to someone I no longer have no longer have any form of communication with.
So I guess I sort of lost that one...
Same thing happened to my Pokemon: Diamond. I also lent my Pokemon: Pearl out to my next door neighbor and he lost it. Guess who never let anyone borrow any of his games again.

Well, aren't most of us?

I had a LoZ: Link's Awakening cart stolen in 5th grade.

A whole CD wallet full of C&C games and some other stuff I don't remember that I accidentally left on the bus. My bus was used to take home kids from the sports teams after school and the lady that drove that gave the CD wallet to some asshole that said it was his, never did find out who.

I lost a copy of Tachyon: The Fringe to a former friend who I have the disc to to see if any Linux tool could ISO the disc. I think his kids got a hold of it and destroyed it rather than him just keeping it though because before I stopped talking to him I'd asked for it several times and there was always some other excuse.

My copy of Odd World was lost for 4 months when its jewel case was accidentally put away (and filed alphabetically!) with my husband's CDs. I only came across it on accident when I was looking for an Offspring album.

I lost the first disk out of the four needed to install Sims 1. I hadn't played it in a while, but a friend wanted to buy it from me so he was out of luck.

I lost my copy of Psychonauts for about 3 years then found it after I recently moved.

As for me...

I have borrowed Modern Warfare and Oblivion from my friend for about 2 years now.

I had an untold amount of PS2 and gameboy advance games dissapear around 2008, which is pretty much the point I stopped playing those consoles entirely and moved to the 360, PC, and PSP.

Huge collection, an entire childhood worth of games I bummed off my parents, lost like half of them, sold the other half one day. That was a good day, I got a huge bag, rounded up every single old game I could find, gave the bag to the guy at gamestop, got 400 bucks store credit xD. took me a year and a half to burn that money.

My cousin stole my Pokemon Silver although he'd have me believe I misplaced it. There are also a ton of PSX games somewhere in my Mom's house...and a handful of PS2 games although the most important one (GTA:SA) is accounted for.
