Ever tried arguing with an idiot?

I got in to a shouting match with my suite mate because he insisted that cocaine addiction was only psychological. This is a smart guy, and we are actually friends, but he just refused to listen to my explanations of brain chemistry.

Certainly, no idea why I bother though, as I either end up always winning the argument with one of the two I know or constantly being shouted down by the other who refuses to listen to other opinions barring his own of course.
