I have an ex who I used to be semi-good friends with before we went out. after we broke up she kept wanting to hang out with me constantly and telling everyone that we used to be 'best friends' before we went out and now that's all ruined. I basically ignored her for a while and now she's stopped, but it was seriously frustrating and annoying at the time

I have one ex-girlfriend. The only changes to our relationship after we broke up were my not being allowed to hug her, and not telling her I loved her. We're still on good terms, in other words (though we might be growing apart).

I've told this story before, but to cut it down: Once upon a time, I was a dick. Or as Paul Rudd so aptly put it, "a dickish dick". I didn't take my relationships seriously, and I was kind of constantly pushing the boundaries, sometimes even breaking them.

I fooled around, and I did it a lot.

My GF at the time found out, and offered to stay with me if I reeled it in, and committed myself, and promised no more cheating.

I broke up with her. Like, immediately even.

In kind of a surprise twist, she swore revenge. Straight up, no exaggeration. She told me that she'd make sure that I'd never have a happy relationship again. Fucking vindictive, right?

Unbeknownst to her, I had sworn off relationships at the time, opting for less stability, and more play. To her word, every girl she saw or heard about me being with, she'd find a way to contact them, and tell each girl of my selfish ways. She'd normally get laughed off the phone, as the girls would often tell her "it was just a one night stand..." After over a year and a half of this and 8 or 9 girls, she finally gave up, although I think the big reason behind that was I moved.

The post script to the story, was when I went back through the area to visit old friend, I ran in to her at an old hangout, and she invited me back to her apartment, to which I promptly declined.

I'll be fair though, I appreciate her in the sense that she's my one big, great, ex story.

One of my exs is the best friends of one of my best friends. I'm sitting there talking to my friend, who I haven't seen in six months. My ex sits there and just makes snide remarks and shit throughout the conversation. I do enjoy taunting her though, whether it's have all my friends wave and say hello as she passes. The best was when one of my other female friends was sitting on my lap(She's 4'11, I'm 6'1") and waving to my ex as she passes.

I only talk to one of my 5 ex's and that's because it ended on good terms. My most recent ex had me on the phone screaming at him for about half an hour when he dumped me ^^ He could've atleast done it to my face or something.

I've never had a bad break up. I'm pretty good friends with one of my exes, and actually set him up with another of my friends. Other than that, I don't really stay close friends, since I wasn't close friends in the first place - I'm still aquainted with them though.

Use my tactic: If you know a relationship is going tits-up then give your GF/BF a "New" phone number/email address etc. that is really not yours.

Sir you have my thanks. But its about 4 months too late. My inbox has been filled multiple times from my Ex's mail. Its been bugging the shit out of me. As well as my phone. I have a ringtone for when Im geting a text or a call from the person so I know I can ignore it. It is still rather annoying though. I cant wait untill I get a new phone.

Ex's? All my ex's are in Texas. Well at least a majority of them. Sadly even one that I dated in another country is there now.

One of my ex's drives me crazy she shows up at times and I seem to remember that I still love her and it drives me insane that she was not ready to get married then a little over a year later got married.

She visited with her husband when I was sitting lame in the hospital from being blown up, They traveled several states over to visit me, and I was a total ass. I blamed the medication, pain, and stress, but I think she finally got the hint and now when we talk (online, talked since we broke up - always been civil) it is always small talk.

But, back to the issue at hand: I had one girl friend, we broke it off really.

I looked at her pictures and pissed myself laughing at how slutty she looked in all of them.
