"You can't have your cake and eat it to."
What is the point of cake if you are not goiing to eat it! Please some one enlighten me.
I always thought it should say you can't eat your cake and have it to. Meaning after you've eaten it it is gone. But its phrased poorly the way it is.

Anyone who uses internet speak in real conversation.

"Git R Dun"
I hate this beyond anything, it was funny for about a day when it was new. But seriously sounding stupid shouldn't be appealing to anyone.

Anyone who constantly quotes movies and such, like all the idiots at the bar walking around talking like Borat trying to pick up girls. I hate them.

"Look on the bright side!"

I hate it when people say that when you've just told them something awful that you're really upset about. Nothing comes across as more insincere, then that line.

"At least you've got your health." - Not always much of a comfort.
"It could be worse. A woman could chop your penis off and throw it out of a moving car," Tyler Durden (I believe). I dunno, that's just what I thought of when I read that.

You wouldn't have that problem, just don't do that to a guy unless he really deserves it.
Well, I wouldn't. :p

Regarding the "it could be worse", here's a slightly random piece of advice to all men: Do not under any circumstances use this phrase to a woman who is currently experiencing uterine cramps. For she will throw something at you.
Well that's just something retarded to say in that circumstance. Kinda makes me think about if I'm an unlucky cop or something who gets shot every few months.

"It could be worse, dude."
"Yeah, well you'll understand if I'm tired of it happening."

I mean, wow, it sucks that you gals go through that. Not something to stupidly comment on.
- "It could be worse."
- "Oh really? Well, now I feel so much better!"
-"It could be worse."
-"It could be a whole lot better, too, jackass!"

I hate a fairly good portion of the shit people say, but the most recurring one is:

"You've got to break some eggs to make an omelet"

which is essentially the same as saying "The ends justify the means."

To anyone who has ever said this, I say I fucking hate you. If your actions are wrong in themselves, then nothing else you do is going to make up for that. If you truly must do something you know is wrong/illegal for some greater good, then be prepared to face the consequences and don't make shitty excuses.

Apologies to anyone who has said the first phrase in the literal sense, since it is true, you do need some eggs for an omelet....

This reminds me of a proverb I saw, which I actually like: "and a voice spoke to me saying 'Laugh and be happy, for it could be worse.' So I laughed, and was happy, and it got worse."

I feel the temptation to savagely beat anyone who says these fucking lazy and stupid "netspeak" abbreviations as words on real life.

"I/we/they/it shouldn't have to..." Well fuck you, you do have to alright so stop fucking bitching!

"Fuck You"

It's not that I really HATE it, it's just that it really doesn't work as an insult. Think about it... Whoever says that to someone else is either saying that the person is going to have sex or that the person who first says it is going to have sex with the second person.

I despised "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

As if life really works like that. Fuck reciprocity, I'll treat people how I want to treat them and they should do the same.
I think that's funny that you do to people what you wish people would do to others. You're living by the golden rule, embrace it. ;P

Two little words always make me want to tear off various limbs.

"That's gay" I hear it so much from people that it makes me feel rather violent.

I hate any kind of urban slang too. LEARN ENGLISH DAMMIT!

I really dislike "A bird in hand is worth two in the bush"

I know it means thats it's better to have a small actual advantage than the chance of a greater one, but there has got to be a better way to say it
