To the OP however, I'd say, especially if that photo went up without her permission, I'd go back fairly soon, once the thread dies down, and edit it out with a note saying you removed it as it was a mistake to post it in the first place, at least if it's found out in the future, it's a sign that you tried to fix it

It's a girl technique for you to tell them they're pretty. Just be very descriptive what you like about her and she'll stop.

Well, you're certainly punching above your weight.

She's good looking, but if she doesn't believe it from you then what difference will any of us make? Perhaps she knows she is already and she's just doing that thing people do.

Instead of just telling her she's very pretty or whatever, actually point out the specific things you like about her - if not it just becomes generic.

Any yes she is very nice (as long as she isn't pulling that face all the time). I've known a lot of girls who won't believe they're not ugly it must be a phase or something. I could suggest taking her to one of those beauty salons where you get those weird treatments involving seaweed and ear candles, but if handled wrongly it may be misconstrued as confirmation that you think she's ugly.

At least she's not one of those girls who think they're way hotter then they actually are and act like total bitches.

OT she is indeed pretty, but the media's endless portrayal of what beautiful should look like has affected girls around the world. I have 3 sisters 1 thinks shes ugly she is the youngest by over 10 years I think they grow out of it by 22-30. But then again im not a grown man and therefore I do not know how older women act(I just pray its more mature then every teenage girl I HAVE EVER MET!!!). So anywho yeah shes pretty and you should maybe show her everyones positive responses if you think that would make her happy. But meh to each there own.
