Looks legit. Let's hope the developers have the sense to open up Guest Character fighting styles to character customization this time. I'd probably still be playing SCIV now if they'd allowed me to create characters who used the Apprentice's fighting style.

Well, the whole timeline does take place in the 1500's and the VERY early 1600's.
Its very well possible.

Are we still pretending that Soul Calibur has any sort of Cannon that makes sense? I mean, I know George Lucas said that star wars took place "A Long Time Ago", but I figured it was, you know, before 1500.

If we allow Guest Characters in Soul Calibur to be canonical, suddenly Spawn, Tekken, Legend of Zelda, Star Wars, Soul Calibur and now Assassins Creed all take place in the same universe.

And fuck the very concept of that.

Pretty awesome. I definately prefer this guest character to the Star Wars malarky from the previous title.

Sooo...who is the guy on the bottom left though? Looks like Gray Fox from Metal Gear Solid though it probably isn't.
