Well, STDs and Spouse killing are most definitely not.

I think the STD's are going to be about as useless as the aging system in the first Fable. It's just there for realism's sake and even then, none of the NPC's started calling me "Gramps" or "That cranky old fart".

Fable is based around some terrible humour.

I actually think the humour in Fable is great, like the sick child quest, where the kid is tripping & contemplating existence: "What if were all just numbers in some machine or our lives are just some game..."

I really like the humour and all the different regional dialects, but I can understand how the humour may not suit everybody, I think it appeals more to British people than others.

I don't know what the rules are about implied bestiality. I think its actually tolerated. That said, I don't see any of this getting by without Fox News tearing it about 5 gaping new assholes.

But you have to wonder just why on earth they would think it would make a good game where you could get the Clap. Theres a reason you didn't see Tommy Vercetti scratching the area after killing a hooker.

I never really understood how the aging process worked or why it was necessary, considering that it amounted to exactly nothing in the game. Still, the original Fable was a good game, it's just that it was said to be so much more. If all the claims are true this time, then we'll be looking at a fantastic game. If not, then a slightly above-average one.

If I remember correctly aging was related to will users, so the more magic you used the older you looked, plus all those glowing blue tattoos. Also I think you could reduce your age by give to the temple of Avo.

I will rent it and try it out but i just dont know if its good enough to buy for any platforms i did not exactly like the first just got boring after a little while did not like the whole kid thing.

good thing the "kid thing" lasted a whole of 6 minutes.

I personally preferred it, it still had promise when he was a kid, then as soon as he went to "Hero School" I knew I was in for a bucket of trash.

"Hero School" was a bit daft, now that I look back at it.

But I don't think you go through any of that now, it sounds like they've binned the "kid > cutscene > insta-hero" method, and are now going for actual development.

Still, they could have just as easily done exaclty the same thing and not told us. I haven't read much into Fable 2, to be honest.
